I first visited Maui in 1977 and made my dream of living in Hawaii in 1986. I feel very fortunate to have called Wailea my home for 23 wonderful years.
I started my rental business when I bought my home in 2002 and have had many happy repeat guests from all over the world.
Living on property gives my guests the assurance they will be taken care of should any problem arise.
Why the Owner Chose Grand Champions
I bought my home at Grand Champions Villas because I had rented in the complex since it was built and believe the complex and it grounds get more beautiful every year. Wailea is NO KA OI!!!!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
I love the location. Being able to walk to the Shops of Wailea and the spectacular ocean path for my evening stroll is wonderful.

We very much enjoyed our stay in your condo! Even tho our stay was short, it was perfect and so lovely! Having the beach gear was great, the location could not have been better and we enjoyed the cute decor and comforts of the place. (especially the shower, cute stones!)
