Stayed 04/30/12 to 04/11/12. My first visit to Maui, but my partner's 3rd time. Condo is as shown in pictures and is clean that is great for two or a single. Kitchen worked well for breakfast, making small quick beach lunches and very light snacks. The bathroom was large and the water hot. Beach closet worked well allowing us to enjoy the beach. Car required as you can't walk to the beach especially with anything that's required to have fun, as a car is required for any travel. Lovely grounds, pool and surrounding area. Only disappointment was no patio/ out door space to sit during the night.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We came for 8 nights for our honeymoon, and couldn't have been happier. The unit was perfect for a couple. Clean, well appointed, and exactly as pictured and promised. Kitchen worked great for making breakfast, coffee and sandwiches for the beach (and we REALLY appreciated the couple of cold beers waiting for us when we arrived! We hadn't gone shopping yet, and a cold beer while unpacking was just what the doctor ordered!). Bathroom was spacious. Bed was great. "Beach Closet" was PERFECT! Great chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach mats, beach towels, snorkels/masks... we felt like kings of the beach every single day. The great gear let us stay on the sand for hours at a time. We had a running game going where we would predict how long it would take other couples (who came to beach with a backpack and towels only) to give up and bail. LOVED the beach gear. Walking distance to beaches, but also ample beach parking, so taking the gear down in the car was a snap. Easy to walk to shops and great restaurants (you HAVE to try the Monkey Pod just up the hill- amazing food and great happy hour prices). We toured all over the island and were so happy we chose Wailea. Best beaches, mellow vibe and great dining and shopping options. We just got home and I'm already plotting my return. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic Wailea Location. Absolutely everything provided. Went to Polo Beach with Boogie board, sand chairs and umbrella. Great beach with showers etc. Thanks Lorraine! We will spread the word. Mahalo!

Our expectations of Maui far surpassed what we could ever imagine. We so enjoyed staying here with the beautifully groomed grounds, choruses of birds in the morning and this wonderful unit. It was a blessing to have everything here to accommodate our stay - everything we needed for beach outings down to the Q tips that got out the hard to get sand! This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect for us. We always felt safe and secure. It was a nice quiet place to be. Well equipped all the way down to the beach umbrella. It was also clean and comfortable. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Enjoyed a wonderful Christmas holiday in Maui! It was particularly comforting to return "home" after each day of exploring the island to a comfortable, clean, and well-appointed condo. Thank you to Lorraine for her hospitality!
