Vista Plantation is a 55+ recreational community. Our GROUND FLOOR unit overlooks the well maintained, public, par 62, 18 hole executive golf course and one of 8 lakes in the village. It is 7.9 miles from the Atlantic Ocean.
Fishing is allowed from the condominium banks and there are many huge oak trees scattered throughout the complex providing shady areas for enjoying the Florida coastal breezes.
The recently redecorated clubhouse includes table top games, two full size lighted and heated swimming pools, two lighted tennis courts, bocce courts, lighted shuffleboard courts, and a screened picnic pavilion with fans, lights, water, gas grills and a permanent charcoal grill.
The condo has been recently refurbished with all new carpeting and furniture. Everything is provided for you and you are minutes away from everything; outlet mall, antique shops, and one of Florida's finest beaches with plenty of free parking.

Why the Owner Chose Vista Plantation
We purchased this unit as an investment and a place for us to vacation in the winter months. We have stayed in a number of areas in Florida during the winter months (Clearwater, Ft.Lauderdale, Cocoa Beach, etc.) but were put off by the winter crowds and heavy traffic. Vero on the other hand is more "laid back" than those other areas and quieter in the winter.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The condo complex is uniquely situated in close proximity to a large shopping mall and also only a couple of miles to the Vero Beach Outlet center. A lovely executive golf course (par 62) surrounds the complex and this complex is one of the best maintained in the area. We enjoy the large variety of amenities in the Vero area, from the many national, regional, and local restaurants to the theaters, beaches, and outdoor activities.
A very large shopping mall containing all the major department stores and specialty stores. Also a 20 screen movie theater.

Joe is retired and wife Nancy still works. We spend two of the more severe winter months at our condo in Vero Beach. When we're not using it we are happy to share it with others who enjoy the wonderful Florida weather and amenities.
