Why the Owner Chose Sabino Canyon
I chose this property because it reminded me of a lovely country club where I stayed near Gudelahara, Mexico. I live in this home fifty percent of the time. When my realtor pulled into the drive, it took my breath away. The oleander and bougainvilla is everywhere. Coming from the Midwest, I was in awe of all the trees with the mountains beyond. I love exploring the shady paths througout the complex and hiking in the canyon. I knew instantly this was my heart's home.
The Unique Benefits of this
I love being near the pool in summer and winter. All I have to do is cross the drive! The pool is heated in winter and is somewhat shaded in summer. The mountains surround me as I step outside. The Spanish architecture and lush landscaping make me feel that I have gone beyond Tucson to Shangri-la. The resort-like atmosphere makes me feel like I am on vacation year round. There are no traffic noises, just the sound of birds and wind rustling the leaves of the trees.
