In March 2010, the entire condo was painted, we put all new linens and comforters on the beds, all new bath towels, and new furniture on the balcony!
Our condo is located on the 8th floor with great views of the beach and pool area. The master suite comes with a queen-size bed. The living room is spacious and offers a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. If offers bunk beds that are perfect for the kids. We also offer free, wireless Internet service.
Sunsets are beautiful on the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel GE appliances with granite countertops. Cooking should be a breeze with all the equipment needed to prepare meals.
We have upgraded our condo with the Kaba keyless entry system. We will furnish your personal door code for your vacation.
Ariel Dunes is a 24 story tower that is the tallest in Destin and was completed in the Fall of 2006! Your views are what Donald Trump is used to seeing! The two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains. As an added benefit, one of the pools is heated. Great for the little ones is the zero entry level pool with the “Mushroom Fountain.” The pool is gently graded from entering into one inch of water cascading down to five feet.
The newly-opened Cabana Cafe, located pool-side on the ground level of Ariel Dunes, offers a full service bar and restaurant and even provides room service! So whether you're looking for a pool-side refreshment or snack, or want dinner delivered to you, the convenience of the Cabana Cafe cannot be matched! You can also enjoy the free use of the onsite fitness center, just completed in the summer of 2009.
The resort area features an affordable 18-hole championship golf course and driving range, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, beach service, water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Our rates are guaranteed to be the best for the quality that you will receive when you stay in our great condo. We have other units too, so we can accommodate large groups. This will be a vacation you will never forget!

We had a very positive experience. The condo was exactly as pictured on the web site and was close to shopping and restraunts. It was perfect walking distance from the beach and had a great view of the Golf. The two outdoor pools were a nice place to relax by in the evening. The owners were easy to work with and their welcome packet was filled with helpful ideas of things to do in the area.

The condo was very clean and looked just like the photos. The owners were great to work with. They were very prompt in answering any questions or concerns we had. The welcome packet they sent had a lot of valuable information in it. The resort that the condo is in has wonderful pools and is very well maintained. The beaches were great. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Ariel Dunes from 06/11/11 - 06/18/11. The condo was very clean and provided plenty of room for our family. Our kids ages 7 and 4 loved the big pools. The resort was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this condo. The owners were very easy to work with and returned our security deposit promptly.

My family and I recently visited Destin and while there we stayed in this great condo. The condo was very clean and neat. It was convenient to the beaches and other attractions in Destin. My boys loved the two pools at the resort. The owners were very pleasant to work with. They were always quick in responding to emails or questions. I would definitely stay here again!
