Three bedroom, two bath end unit overlooking the Davis Love III and Greg Norman golf course at Barefoot Resort. The master bedroom has a king bed that can be separated into two twins. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds. The queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room can be used to accommodate another two adults, bringing the total sleeping space to eight adults.
The unit comes fully furnished with range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, dryer and wireless high speed Internet. Cable TV in the master bedroom and cable TV, DVD and VCR in the living room.
River Crossing subdivision, unit number 435 in building 4. The swimming pool at River Crossing has his and her bathrooms, vending machines, tables with umbrellas, pool side lounges and an outside barbecue area. Trash compactor conveniently located at the entrance to the subdivision. There is also shuttle pick-up and drop-off for free shuttle service to and from the Ocean Front Beach Cabana. There is public access to the beach, public bathroom and showers at the cabana. Access onto the Beach Cabana is secure via magnetic card or fob, and is restricted to home owners, renters are not allowed access onto the cabana.
A very quiet and peaceful setting, large lake with fountains adjacent to the building, beautiful views of the golf courses and Mother Nature. Very common to catch a glimpse of turtles and ducks in the lake and other water fowl indigenous to the Barefoot area.

MY FAMILY STAYED ON JULY 24TH-31ST, 2010. THE CONDO WAS FULL OF THE OWNERS FOOD IN THE REFRIG., PERSONAL ITEMS UNDER THE BATHROOMS COUNTERS AND CLOSETS. A TOTAL MESS. BATHROOM WAS DIRTY. THE MASTER BEDROOM MATTRESS IS VERY HARD TO SLEEP ON FOR (7) DAYS. THE OWNERS HAD PERSONAL PHOTOS OF THE FAMILY, WHICH YOU DO NOT WANT TO SEE ALL OVER THE CONDO. THE DEPOSIT TOOK TWO WEEKS TO BE RETURNED IN A FORM OF A CHECK, WHEN I GAVE HIM A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT 20 DAYS PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN RR

My wife and two teenage daughters rented this condo and were very pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the condo and the value of the rental. The condo has all the features one could need for the week. Only complaint was a somewhat hard bed in the master bedroom. Although nice, this is a third floor room that should not be considered by people with disabilities due to many steps to climb.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
