This modern condo in a historic building has been totally remodeled but retains classic charm, including brick walls and loft ceiling. It has every modern amenity you could want in New Orleans! Fully furnished, this condo is move-in ready for a short or long-term stay. We have everything for you, from sheets to a fully stocked kitchen and new furniture.
Gourmet cook's kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, etc. Granite countertops, cherry hardwood floors, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal!

New complimentary laundry center in the building.
Very private courtyard is essential in the Big Easy.
Air conditioning and many ceiling fans will keep you cool.
Approximately 700-square-ft, one bedroom, one bath condo. PLEASE NOTE: In the FQ this type of unit is called a one bedroom, but in most areas of the country this would be considered a studio. (A studio in the FQ is called an Efficiency and may not have a full kitchen, but ours does)
Short-term lease, temporary or corporate housing. Also perfect for business owners in the FQ that would like a place to stay in the quarter during the week. We do have to warn you that this is a third story walk-up, but after all the food you'll be having in New Orleans you will want the exercise. :)
Please note, we have a minimum charge of $1000.
$500 deposit required (to hold your reservation) and is non-refundable if reservation canceled within 30 days of stay.
Pets allowed with additional $400 pet deposit.
Deposit refundable if no missing items or damage repair required, less a $100 cleaning fee. (This is for routine housekeeping. Heavy cleaning and damage are extra.)
