Very quaint beach cottage, fully remodeled. All the conveniences of home are found in this two bedroom cottage. Located in the heart of Rockaway, walk to shops, restaurants, and beach access located across the street with a paved path to the sandy beach.
Enjoy the cozy feel of this home with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, new appliances DVD,VCR,Color TV, and Steroe. Enjoy your barbecues on the large deck in the back equipped with table and chairs, hammock and gas barbeque. Also located in the backyard is a fire pit and outdoor shower W/hot and cold water. Need more room? There is room for RV parking. This home is so well equipped that you need only to bring a bag of groceries to enjoy this vacation getaway!
Winter or summer, this is the place to stay. Seven miles of sandy beach that is sparsely populated right across the street for your enjoyment.

Balance due 45 nts prior to arrival. $150 refundable security deposit
$65 non refundable cleaning fee; $25/pet fee.
If cancelled before 45 nts of arriving, a full refund will be issued.
If cancelled less than 45 nts of arriving, rental deposit will be forfeited.

WOW! What a great get away we had at your beach house! You'll have to tell me the story of how you found it!:) The kids had so much fun in the waves and in the sand that the outside shower saved us from bringing the whole darn beach into the house and down the drain.
