Excellent property and perfect location for kids and grandkids! Close to lake, boardwalk and pool. Loved late October visit. Weather was perfect! Can hardly wait for next year.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family returned again this year to the Nest, and once again (3rd year to return) totally were spoiled by the walk across the street and onto the beach boardwalk or 3 block walk to the Red Bar and shops. We love the area and have stayed in newer homes in Grayton, but none of them have the incredible pool, not to mention the fishing off of a private dock. My nephews and children have enjoyed catching everything from small stingrays to alligator gar, all of which we release back, but what a way to get the most out of a trip and learn about the native wildlife! We had 17 family members, ages 5-90, 4 generations, staying under one roof with plenty of room to sleep, eat, watch several TVs, lay out puzzles for the week, play games, and more. Truly the choice for a large gathering or just a selfishly great location at Grayton!

My family rented this property for my grandfather's 85th birthday. We came from all over, California to nearby Pensacola. The house held all 48 of us comfortably for the party, and the kids had a blast playing ping pong or jumping in the pool. We had a wonderful time and I can't recommend this place enough!! The views from the decks is breathtaking. The house is not brand new, but it was clean and well taken care of. The only bad thing was leaving! We will be back again.
