  We just enjoyed a wonderful 4 day family vacation here in March. The house is beautiful and looks exactly as it does on the pictures. We all felt we were staying in a gorgeous resort. We would definitely recommend staying here. The house comfortably fit our large family (6 couples, teenagers, babies). We especially loved the game room where we spent our nights playing pool, ping pong, shuffleboard and watching movies on the big screen. Overall we loved it and would definitely come again.

  We have been guests for two years in a row. Excellent people to work with, warm wonderful property with plenty of fun for all ages. We will be back next year!

  Our family of 13 had the privilege of staying at this beautiful home for the week of Christmas, 2012. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Kevin even made sure there was a small Christmas tree there when we arrived. The pictures of this home are great, but it's more amazing live!! We had plenty of snow, plenty of room. We had our whole family gather on Christmas eve to watch a movie in the living room with the fireplace going and that was a perfect intimate time for us. The home was stocked with everything we needed, and had all the amenities of home, plus. We packed so much, thinking we'd need this and that and it was all there. There is a large grocery store five minutes away so you really only need to pack clothing. We had a little snafu with the projection tv the day of the big game, but Kevin was quick to get us the help we needed. Can't say enough about the wonderful time we had. It is truly a week our family won't soon forget. We had the grandkids, ages 12 - 19 and hardly knew there were in the home. It was nice that they could hang out downstairs and enjoy the games, etc there, while we adults had the upstairs. Two master suites were very nice. The house is huge, and has several areas that those that need a little quiet time can have it. You aren't on top of each other when you can't get outside. The home is beautiful, the owner was very accommodating and I recommend to anyone that is looking for a peaceful, memorable stay. We are thinking of going back in the summer to see a totally different view I'm sure. Oh, at Christmas and I'm sure most of the winter, snow permitting, the lodge has horse drawn carriage rides,tubing, ice skating, and so much for the whole family to do. The kids even sledded right out the back door of this house!!! We were 30 minutes away from the pass and enjoyed a day of snowboarding after Christmas. What a perfect vacation. Thank you.

  My family and I just returned from a most delightful Thanksgiving stay in this palatial (yet warm and welcoming) home. It was immaculately clean with lovely linens and comfortable furniture. The photos are absolutely accurate. There were four couples (including me, the gramma) and 5 children ages 15 months to 11 yrs. We were so sad to leave even the baby cried! We could have been like Little House on the Golf Course and lived there together forever--there was enough room (and more) for everyone and the kitchen is so beautifully arranged and equipped, four cooks had plenty of space and every appliance and utinsel, serving dish,etc. that we could have ever needed. I had brought my own roasting pan for the turkey but there was a new Calaphon roaster in the cupboard-much nicer than mine! The bedrooms are terrific, with many options for sleeping arrangements, but away from the living area so younger kids could sleep while life and games went on below. The lower level game area was just like being in our own sports bar, but having the kids there.( Actually, the shuffleboard is much better than most bars have.)There is a delightful assortment of movies and what a treat to see them on a huge surface. The kids were ecstatic watching Madagascar;they all want bean bags chairs like they had "in the big house". Everything in the home is first class. Kevin was a terrific to work with and was so responsive to my questions and sent out perfect directions and all instructions were in place and logical. We spent most of our time in the house- no one wanted to leave except for long walks and ice skating at the resort. There was no reason to go to a crowded restaurant when we could be "home", cooking together, sitting at the lovely and large dining table and not worrying about the little ones. I could go on with compliments but will restrain myself. This was our third Thanksgiving at Suncadia. We thought that last year's spot was wonderful, but now we know we reached the pinnacle in 2012. Book it now, because I am recommending it to everyone I know and we plan to come back when we can play golf.

  This home is perfect for 2 families. My sister and her husband had one of the master suites and my husband and I had the other. We let the adult cousins fend for themselves in the many sleeping areas...all with comfortable beds. This home is exactly as advertised. Great furnishings; wonderful,well equipped gourmet kitchen easily accommodates a crowd. Downstairs game room is amazing and lots of fun for all ages. Great location and owner, Kevin is very easy to work with. I highly recommend this home.

  Great spacious house, two wonderful master suites, great rec room and in good condition. Murphy beds a little less comfortable. Great parks and trails nearby, close to Seattle and freeway.

  My family stayed at this home - six adults and two kids - and we had an incredible time. The home is stunning. There's beautiful woodwork and glass features throughout. The rooms are really comfy and the kitchen is far nicer than mine at home. :-) The jacuzzi bathtub was really nice too. The Entertainment Level has a theater-style projector for movies, a pool table, games, darts... plenty of stuff to keep us busy on the day that it rained. None of us golf, so we hiked, played games, went into Roslyn for the afternoon, popped up to the Lodge for dinner. I would say there's plenty to do for non-golfers as well. Definitely looking forward to coming back to this home. We may make it an annual thing.
