Any closer, you would need swim fins and a snorkel. EVERYTHING IS NEW IN OUR UNITS! Condominium: This cozy no pet/smoke free unit is perfect for almost everyone. Honeymooners, singles, couples, families and retirees. Sorry, this unit is NOT handicap accessible. Relaxation: Sit in the comfort of your unit and watch the whales, sea lions, boaters, kites flying, surfers, pelicans, sea gulls, otters and enjoy the magnificant storms, moons and sunsets. Sleeping: Master bedroom - A queen suite with a full bath. Additional sleeping area: Sleeping in the front room for three additional people. There is a double futon and a single pull out sofa-sleeper. Bathrooms: Two full baths - both with tub/shower combinations In unit: A full kitchen plus a full size washer and dryer. We provide 'REAL' matching bed linens and comforters, plus colorful coordinating fluffy towels. Dining: Seating for six at the dining room table plus a breakfast bar. Work Station: A desk for your laptop. This unit has WI/FI so that you can easily keep in touch. DVD Library: An extensive selection in the lobby. In this unit: 2 cable tv's, dvd player, cd player, radio, hair dryers, iron & ironing board, beach chairs, beach towels, lanterns and binoculars. Bonus: A YEAR ROUND 90 degree indoor heated pool and a sauna: Weather: Summer temperatures average 65-70 degrees and winter's average in the mid 50's, always with a strong ocean breeze. Food: Next door is a lovely restaurant with massive views, moons and sunsets with lots of atmosphere. Really good food too! Location: This unit is centrally located and close to: Tanger Outlet, Chinook Winds Casino, golfing, whale watching tours, and spas. Things to do: Build yourself a fire or build sand castles. Go horseback riding on the beach, visit light houses, explore covered bridges or go dune buggying on the sand dunes. Try kite flying, surfing, crabbing, hiking, shelling or biking. There are many types of water activities at Devil's Lake, that is only a few minutes away. Activities: Play or ride on the sand dunes, go fishing, minature golfing and there's even a place to drive your vehicle onto the beach. Unique experience: You can participate in cooking classes, glass blowing and glass design classes. Entertainment: Lincoln City is known for its casino, entertainment, food and shopping. There are many one of a kind shops and antique shops. Food: We have many wonderful restaurants, family activities or just sit back, do nothing but watch the surf and sea critters. Casino: There is a FREE shuttle to the casino that picks you up on this property. It's only a few minutes away to try your luck. Shuttle Service: For an additional charge, there is a shuttle service to/from many locations in the Portland area, including the airport.
