condominium with a sandy beach and totally unobstructed views.

Condominium:
This cozy NO pet/smoke free unit is perfect for almost everyone. Honeymooners, singles, couples,
families and retirees.
We are sorry, this unit is NOT handicap accessible.

Relaxation:
Sit in the comfort of your unit and watch the whales, sea lions, kites flying, surfers, pelicans, otters,
porpoise, sea gulls and enjoy our magnificant moons, sunsets and occasionally a Pacific storm.

Sleeping:
Master bedroom - A queen suite with a full bath.

Additional sleeping area:
Sleeping in the front room for three additional people. A double futon and a single pull out sofa-sleeper.

Bathrooms:
Two full baths - both with tub/shower combinations.

Linens:
We provide 'REAL' matching bed linens and comforters, plus colorful coordinating fluffy towels.

Dining:
Seating for six at the dining room table.

Work Station:
A desk for your laptop. This unit has WI/FI so that you can easily keep in touch.

DVD Library:
An extensive selection in the lobby.

Weather:
Summer temperatures are 70ish. Spring & Fall 60's. Winters 50's with ocean breezes.

Location:
This unit is centrally located and close to: Tanger Outlet Mall, Chinook Winds Casino, golfing, whale watching tours, and spas.

Things to do:
Build yourself a fire or build sand castles. Go horseback riding on the beach, visit light houses, explore covered bridges or go
dune buggying on the sand dunes. Try kite flying, surfing, crabbing, hiking, shelling or biking. There are many types of water
activities at Devil's Lake, that is only a few minutes away.

Activities:
Play or ride on the sand dunes, go fishing, minature golfing and there's even a place to drive your vehicle onto the beach.

Unique experience:
You can participate in cooking classes, glass blowing and glass design classes.

Entertainment:
Lincoln City is known for its casino, entertainment, food and shopping. There are many one of a kind shops and antique shops.

Food:
Next door is Kyllo's restauant. It offers wonderful view, moons and sunsets, with lots of atmosphere. Good food too!
We have many deversified, wonderful restaurants in Lincoln City.

Casino:
There is a FREE shuttle to the casino that picks you up on this property. It's only a few minutes away to try your luck.

Shuttle Service:
For an additional charge, there is a shuttle service to/from many locations in the Portland area, including the airport.

We LOVED having a washer/dryer in the unit and everything we needed was provided (chairs, beach towels, beach toys, etc.). John and CB were also very attentive during our stay, wanting to make sure we had everything we needed and offering suggestions. We would definitely stay here again!

  • This place is fantastic and great value. The unit is very well equipped and beautifully maintained. There is an amazing view of the ocean. I do not think there is another property in Lincoln City that is closer to the beach - from the ground floor you walk across 10' of grass, down 6 steps and you are on the sand. The beach is wide, the D river is 50 yards from the complex and provides another play option for children, there are several fire pits available for family gatherings, and the 90F pool combines well with dips in the ocean. The owner is very friendly and attentive, and was very happy to answer our questions about the area during our stay.
