Once again at the last minute CB and John came through for us! We never seem to be able to plan our regular trips to the Oregon Coast and yet although we cause panic for CB (truly sorry) we are NEVER disappointed with our accomodations. Once again we had every comfort of home and an incredible ocean view with just steps to the beach. A warm comfy bed, a well equipped kitchen, an incredible view and a comfy couch to snuggle up on and watch a movie. At 43 years old I flew my first kite with great success and ease. Wireless internet, a well equipped kitchen for this cook, laundry, plush towels and bedding.......we could not ask for more!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was great! The owners provided everything to make our stay comfortable. The beach access was fantastic, just a few steps! CB and John were extremely helpful and thoughtful throughout our stay. Thanks, we will definately stay here again.

We couldn't be happier with our stay! Beautiful condo in a great central location with a fabulous view only steps away from the beach...what more could you want! We LOVED having a washer/dryer in the unit and everything we needed was provided (chairs, beach towels, beach toys, etc.). John and CB were also very attentive during our stay, wanting to make sure we had everything we needed and offering suggestions. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our 4th stay here and we love it each time we stay.Beautiful location and view. All the amenities and decorated just so tastefully.Our kids always love the pool which has all new updates. We loved your condo C.B. and John. It was fun getting to know you too. We stayed in CB and John's lovely condo over Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The condo had every possibly amenity and the location just couldn't be better. We have already recommended this condo to friends and family who'll be visiting Lincoln City in the future!

This place is fantastic and great value. The unit is very well equipped and beautifully maintained. There is an amazing view of the ocean. I do not think there is another property in Lincoln City that is closer to the beach - from the ground floor you walk across 10' of grass, down 6 steps and you are on the sand. The beach is wide, the D river is 50 yards from the complex and provides another play option for children, there are several fire pits available for family gatherings, and the 90F pool combines well with dips in the ocean. The owner is very friendly and attentive, and was very happy to answer our questions about the area during our stay.

Beautiful place to stay! Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for our family's stay. It is really right on the beach, our kids didn't put shoes on the whole time we were there--we just walked right out onto the sand! Great pool too! I would highly recommend this property to others!

Above and beyond our expectations, we had a fantastic time here! •Clean, and comfortable accommodation. •The owner checked us in and showed us everything we needed to know about the unit, and later called during our stay to see if we had any questions. Unit included:•Clean porta-crib and sheets for our baby.•Beach chairs and large beach towels were provided.•A well stocked kitchen•Washer and dryer in the unitOur kids loved the warm swimming pool and playing on the beach!The owner even called when my credit card was found in the unit and she sent it back to me!
