We had a great stay at Rick and Bev's condo over Thanksgiving. We travel there each Thanksgiving to see our inlaws who stay at the State Park. This condo was the most clean and comfortable to date. Getting us and our belongings in and out of the condo was very easy with the carts the complex has available. This condo is close to the elevator, but you can not hear the noise from the common areas. The tile floors through the main part of the condo are beautiful. The carpet in the bedrooms is comfortable. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and great appliances. Love the refrigerator and HE washer and dryer. It is nice to have good sized TV's in every room with cable. The wireless internet in the room worked well. Love the tree frog decor. The jacuzi tub was a big hit with both my 3 yo and 8 month old. The bath water was nice and hot quickly. The view of both the bay and the gulf is great! We saw dolphins in the docks from the balcony. We will never forget that. Caribe's amenities are very nice as well. Even though it was November, we went in the lazy river, indoor pools, and multiple hot tubs. We enjoy walks as a family and the walk to the beach was pleasant the paths to the beach are very well constructed. The beach was not crowded and we were able to watch boogie boarders and get our feet wet. Actually the beach is better and more natural since there are no big condo complexes right there. The weather was great! Thanks Rick and Bev for a great stay!

Rick and Bev are wonderful to work with and very responsive! The condo is beautiful, clean and has every amenity you could possibly want -the kitchen is especially nice! The Caribe Resort is fantastic with all of the pools, water slides and lazy river - perfect for kids! It is close to the Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola; the water excursions; grocery stores; and Wal-Mart. We prefer the less congested Orange Beach location versus the busy Gulf Shores area. Caribe is definitely a very high-end resort and no other really compares! We will return again and have nothing but positive comments about The Caribe and this particular condo.

The Caribe Resort is a magnificient place to stay, especially if you have small children. Rick and Bev's condo was very spacious for our family of 6. The kids did not mind the sleeper sofa and actually said it was quite comfortable. RIck and Bev are great owners to rent from, very friendly and helpful. During our stay I called with a few questions regarding the operation of some appliances, and I got a prompt return call from Bev. The condo is very modernly decorated and the resort is definetly an upscale place to stay. My whole family enjoyed the water slides and we made good use of the outside grills!!! We decided to make this our annual getaway and look forward in doing business with Rick and Bev again. Great Place To Stay!!!!!!!!

This is our 4th year at Caribe and it is wonderful, no matter which unit you are in; but, Rick & Bev go above and beyond to make your stay great! Now only do you have a great view, but Rick & Bev have things that you may forget, like sugar and a few spices. The one time I actually remembered to buy salt, it was in the room. There were even extra light bulbs which came in handy when one burned out! Rick & Bev make the rental process stress-free. Stay here, you won't regret it!!!!!

We stayed in the condo while we were in Orange Beach for work training, and I absolutely loved it! Every time I walked through the door the whole condo smelled like clean towels, the view was amazing, you can sit out early in the morning and see the beautiful sunrise. The pools are wonderful if you have kids, Everything was clean and taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo.

This condo is very nice. It offers plenty of room and great views of the beach and bay. It was very clean and had everything you needed. We were able to see dolphins right off the balcony. The resort offers so much to do that you really do not have to leave. The beach is just right across the street. Rick and Bev were great, and we will defininately rent from them again!

This was my first visit to the Caribe Resort and I can't wait to return. Overall, it was an excellent and relaxing experince. One of those vacations that tends to make you forget what day of the week it is. With the exception of dining out, I honestly found very little reason to leave the resort. Rick and Bev are extremely nice and accomodating. They were kind enough to extend our stay with just an email request. Their condo is located on the east end of building B which provides beautiful views of the gulf, bay, putting green and main swimming pool area. I hope to return to the resort in the very near future and will make every attempt to rent from Rick and Bev. I strongly encourage anyone to consider this condo.

The Caribe was a great place to stay with children. There are enough pools, waterslides and lazy river to keep everyone entertained, The public beach across the street was the nicest and most quiet beach I have ever been to. This Caribe unit had all the comforts of home while also providing a beautiful luxurious getaway !

This condo was very roomy and clean. The owner was extremely helpful in booking. We walked along the boardwalk to the Cobalt restaurant and had an excellent meal and wathched the sun set. Awesome rsort for kids!

This is the greatest place to stay in the Orange Beach area. This owner is by far the best. I highly, highly recommend this place. The Caribe is a place you could go and not leave the whole time you are on your vacation. We have rented from this owner 6 times and will continue to rent from him yearly. If you are looking for a wonderful vacation spot from a wonderful owner, you have certainly found it here.

We just returned from this beautiful place last night and it was fabulous! We are a family with 3 kids (11yo boy and 9yo boy/girl twins) and every single one of us was pleased! The condo is immaculate and well-appointed. It's location was perfect for seeing both the Gulf and Perdido Bay. The amenities inside the condo are TOP notch. Rick and Be were very lovely people with which to deal. We do not have one single complaint about this place. The overall Caribe property was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The location is perfect for local trips to Pensacola, Mobile, Foley, etc.

We had an amazing time. The condo was beautiful and had everything you needed for a wonderful vacation. The sunsets on the balcony were amazing. My daughter loved the waterslides and all the pools. The condo was very clean and the property was well maintained. I loved the gourmet kitchen and wanted to take it home. I would highly recommend this condo do all of our family and friends. I hope we can go back again.

We spent a wonderful week at Caribe. The facility was beautiful and has plenty of entertainment options for children and adults. This unit was a GREAT place to stay....comfortable.....we felt at home. Great views of both the Gul and Perdido Pass from the porch....saw dolphins almost everyday....We would highly recommend this unit.

Wow! Pictures don't do this GORGEOUS condo justice! We planned a 5 night stay here for March--when my husband returned from Afghanistan. The weather was cold and my husband was sick--not a good combo for a family with four kids 6 and under. BUT--our disappointment was minimized by this beautiful condo (what a kitchen!) and the views from the balcony. Rick offered a great rate and we would recommend this condo to anyone. We did take the glass tops off the tables in the LR and store them under the MBR's bed...to avoid damages. Otherwise, what a great place for the kids! Our 13-mth old slept in a portable crib that we put in the MBR's closet!!!! Great space!
