  We stayed in this villa for nearly three weeks and found it to be kept to a high standard, very clean and homely. It is exactly like the photos on the website. The pool was lovely and we opted for the additional pool heating which was great. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The villa is in a very central location, and yet only 10 mins drive to Disney. We found the owner to be very very helpful right from the initial inquiry to our return home to the UK. She even emailed us while we were staying in the villa to check everything was to our satisfaction. We would definately stay in this villa again if we were returning to Orlando and will definately recommend the villa to our work colleague's, family and friends.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Looking for a clean, quiet, relaxing place to enjoy your family vacation then this is the place for you. It has everything you could want or need. The pictures are true to form. Its so close to all the parks and then some. We had such a great vacation. I can't say enough about this house. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day at the parks. I would recommend it to everyone. The location is perfect for all of your needs. Restaurants, supermarkets, etc... The only bad thing for us was "HAVING TO LEAVE TO GO HOME!!!" We can't wait to go back.

  My family and I consisting of 4 adults and 4 children travelled to Kissimee Florida from February 12 to 23, 2013. Upon our arrival at the house I noted it was very clean and very nicely laid out. The area that the house is located in is also very quiet and safe. The house is located very close to all the attractions with Disney only about 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Lots of stores and shopping nearby. The kids loved the pool and were in it almost every day. I would recommend anyone looking for accomodations in this area to rent from Lisa and Mark.

  Our stay was so nice,the listing description was accurate on all details.I'm very picky about where we stay. The property was very clean an well maintained. Lisa ,the owner was also very helpful.We felt if there was a problem,it would be taken care of promptly.Would recommend this villa to our friends.Thanks again Lisa,for a very pleasant stay.

  Great location, All my family felt like home. House was very charming and cozy... Owner very respectable and friendly. The management company accommodated us in every need we had! Over all, we had a nice experience... We will definitely rent it again and will refer to family or friend members!

  My friends and I really enjoyed staying at Lisa's house. It was so roomy and comfortable for all our needs. I wanted it to be special for my big Birthday. Also, it was very clean and had all the ammenities you could imagine. We were very close to all parks and Downtown Disney, City Walk etc. We had a ball. I recommend this home to anyone who wants to avoid paying astronomical hotel fees. Thanks so much Lisa. Leslie

  This home was better than the pictures shown in the internet :) It was beautiful and in a very good location and close to the Disney Parks. Kids were crazy about the pool and the mickey mouse cups and plates in the house :). For a family with a baby it was great that the house had a playpen, highchair and umbrella stroller, that was a big plus! The house was in perfect condition. The owner of the house Lisa was very helpful and very nice the time we spoke on the phone regarding any questions I had. I strongly recommed this house to any family looking for a great vacation home :) Will defenetly go back!!!

  This house was a great place to stay! The rooms were nicely decorated and the pool was awesome for a day of walking around in the heat at Disney!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone and plan on staying there again when we go back to Florida! The homeowners were great to work with and were very helpful with everything!!!

  Our stay here was very enjoyable. The house was very close to all attractions and the pool was a bit hit for us, especially the kids! Lisa was also very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely rent here again :).

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  After the long journey it was great to find a wonderful villa like this. There is everything you could possibly want from the pool to indoor games to a clean and well maintained house. With Disney parks only a few minutes drive and access to Universal pretty quick via the nearby 'I 4' entertainment was never far away. There is great eating on the doorstep on the '192' with breakfast at Shoneys or the Golden Corral and then in the evening more specialised restaurants with steak, seafood or any other thing you may want. Did not have a good experience at 'Sizzler' but 'Red Lobster' was great as were other places. Would recommend taking a day or twos break down at Clearwater Beach if you can spare the time. Good fishing, great beach and only about 90 minutes away. Broke the parks up a little. Had great communication with lisa, the owner, and would recommend this villa and its location to everyone. The rates are much of a muchness across the board so it is worth booking early to get somewhere like this rather than being stuck with inferior accomodation. Many thanks Lisa for providing my family with a great base to operate from.
