Port Royal Landing is a serene community on the Inter coastal Waterway situated under a canopy of live oaks and Spanish moss. The Beaufort/Port Royal area has the charm and history of nearby Charleston and Savannah in a quaint smaller package. You will find it centrally located to many activities, however this hidden village has a romantic, inviting and relaxing appeal unique in its own.
Historic Beaufort is only 3 miles away where you can enjoy many restaurants, bars, galleries, shops, etc. The newly renovated waterfront park is stunning at sunset. Up and coming Port Royal and Sands Point is a short walk or bike ride away. There you can take a swim, catch some rays or fish from the shore with Paris Island across the harbor.
Other attractions in the vicinity include Hilton Head and Savannah, which is 30 and 40 miles away respectively. There are two separate outlet shops in the region. One of the most beautiful beaches you have ever seen is at Hunting Island State Park only a 20 minute drive from my home. Plenty of challenging golf within the marshes of the Sea Islands awaits as well.
Boaters and fishermen can enjoy a full service marina just 150 yards from the front door. They offer daily, weekly and monthly boat slip availability. I can assist you in arranging in-shore and off-shore fishing charters.
This cozy home is well-equipped and newly furnished. The master bedroom has a king bed with garden jacuzzi tub. The upstairs bedrooms have a queen, and full/twin bunk with trundle. Air mattress is available if needed. Subzero appliances await you in the kitchen. A large, open living room and dining room is perfect gathering spot.
