Las Mananitas condos are centrally located to downtown restaurants and shopping and was voted as the number one rated non-hotel resort in San Jose Del Cabo. This is a brand new unit that has been beautifully professional decorated. You won't find a better location to view the magnificent sunrise or place to watch the mother whales teach their calves to navigate.

The unit is just under 2200 sq ft of living space, which includes a very large patio with outdoor dining, living room and lounge bed that over looks one of the 3 pools and spas. This unit accommodates 8 people, boosting a tempurpedic Cal King in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the guest room and a queen sofa bed.

Amenities include; beautiful tropical gardens throughout, 3 pools (choice of chorine filled or therapeutic salt water w/resistance swimming areas, 3 hot tubs, all pools have swim up bars w/ice machines, BBQ w/grills and dining areas and poolside bathrooms. There are tennis courts, a putting green, basketball courts, and a fully equipped indoor and outdoor gym. Guest have access to Dish Network TV's,Stero,VCRs,DVDs, Portable Ipod, in-house computer and phone for those that need to stay connected, library of books and movies, backpack, cooler, 4 tennis rackets(bring your T Balls),5 golf putters(bring you G balls),and beach chairs for day use. Pool towels, linens, Full kitchen, spices for cooking, and coffee will be supplied. Inside Washer/Dryer. Only 7.5 miles from the airport and 16 miles from the wild night life of Cabo San Lucas.

  • We stayed here from Jan. 6-13, 2009, and had a wonderful time. Everything is as it says in the ad and more. It was so nice to have coffee on the deck and to see the Sea of Cortez, and the beautiful, well cared for pools. And the price was great compared to prices offered by the condo complex rental pool.   • Mixed review... I feel pretty misled because this was advertised as a beachfront condo, but it is NOT on the beach. It's hardly even ocean view. There's another building (same complex) in front of you. So the beach is very close, but it is NOT beachfront. Also, the bed advertised as tempurpedic is not -- although that probably won't matter to most people, but to me it did, and I asked specifically about it. Otherwise the condo is very nice, very clean, and the a/c works great. The pools in the complex are great. Management down there was helpful when we had a problem. So if you are looking for a place near a beach, but not on the beach, this place would be great.

  • We stayed here for a week in April. The weather was PERFECT. The condo was very spacious for our family of 6. Everything was new & just as nice as described. The condo is not on the beach, but close to it and very quiet and peaceful. The location can't be beat with kids running to and from the pool. We had the pool area mainly to ourselves every day. The grounds are kept immaculately and it is easy to get to from town. Jack was great to work with & I will recommend his place to anyone going to Cabo. LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!

  • Well, we just got back and I can honestly say it is the best vacation we have ever had!!! The condo was absolutely perfect. We traveled with our 2 children and they were in the pool every single day. We cooked almost every meal in the condo- the kitchen was very nicely appointed, so I found it a pleasure to prepare fresh seafood from the Mega Store almost every day. We used the common bar-b-ques and they were so clean I could have sworn they had never been used before- until I noticed that maintenance staff cleaned them every morning. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family, we enjoyed the videos, the inflatible tubes, the sattelite tv and all the care and attention you guys have put into providing this great get away. I am absolutely positive we have found a treasure!! I can't wait to come back again next year and bring some friends or family to share this little gem. Thank you so much to Jack and Loretta (and Esther!!) I can't imagine going back to staying in a hotel and fighting for deck chairs and a piece of real estate in the pool. We are counting the sleeps till our next visit! :-)

  • Our family stayed for one week at this beautiful condo and it was NOT long enough. The entire place was first class. The condo is beautiful, clean and stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the little extras like doing the puzzles and watching one of the many videos stocked in the cupboard. The condo's location was perfect. It is only a few blocks from a grocery store and just a few steps from the local bus stop. The pool is saltwater and the beach was windy but still great to walk along (we saw whales, fish, and stingrays during our morning walks). This was our first time renting anything on-line and thanks to this wonderful experience it will not be our last.

  • We were two couples that stayed at this condo the week of January 9-16, 2008. The whole experience was wonderful; totally exceeding all of our expectations! This condo is immaculate, super clean, and beautifully decorated. There are granite marble countertops and italian tile flooring throughout. The applicances are all stainless steel and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The unit is located in the Brisas building on the ground floor and walks out to a beautiful pool and garden area, which is maticulously manicured daily by the staff. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio area every morning and the view of the pool and ocean is breathtaking! The pools are warm and there is a huge hottub that we made use of daily. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves! There are also beautiful gas grills and a wonderful self-serve swim-up granite marble palapa-style bar at the pool. We found it handy to keep our beverages in the small refrigerator inside the bar while we were swimming/sun bathing. There is also a nice icemaker that full of ice next to the refrigerator in the bar. We also used the gas grills for dinner a couple of nights. The staff cleans them for you after you use them! The location of this complex couldn't be better. Within walking distance to San Jose del Cabo (charming town - old style Mexico) and a short bus ride away from Cabo San Lucas. There is a large Mega grocery store located 1-2 blocks from the complex. We did a lot of cooking in the condo as it has a wonderful kitchen and all the supplies needed. The condo is also within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and a small mall that is attached to the Mega grocery store. The Las Mananitas complex is very safe and secure. There are security guards that walk around the complex 24/7. The guards and staff are all very polite and friendly. We also found the on-site activity center to be helpful in booking a whale watching trip. If you're into fitness there is an awesome indoor/outdoor workout center and a wonderful tennis court. I especially enjoyed lifting weights outside! This is an A-1 top notch resort-style complex. Las Mananitas is quiet and serene. It is the best on the beach and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in a second. Everyone I consulted with said Las Mananitas was the best and they were absolutely right! The condo owner Jack was great to work with in booking the condo -- fast and thorough communication and completely honest. I really appreciated that! The condo comes complete with everything you'll need for an enjoyable vacation. The owners have really gone out of their way to ensure that you have everything you need from coolers, tennis racquets, backpacks, blow dryers, to first aid kits. You will not be disappointed! You will love it!

  • My family and I stayed at this property the week prior to Christmas 2007. The property is everything described on the VRBO website and even more. The condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. The owners have done an excellent job furnishing their condo with items that make their guests feel at home, e.g. books, movies, puzzles, etc. The Las Mananitas complex is conveniently located, well maintained and spotless too! The owners of the condo were very pleasant to work with. If you are thinking of staying in San Jose, I would recommend staying at this condo!
