  A group of 11 of us spent the weekend at this FANTASTIC rental home in late March. We came to town to catch up with old friends, do some skiing and watch some of the opening round of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament - the Kent House provided the perfect backdrop for the weekend. We arrived on Thursday afternoon and were met by Ryan - he walked us through the house, provided instruction for the hot tub, theater, heating systems and was basically there to answer any questions that we may have had - other than booking and a thank you letter, this was the only interaction we had with the management group - although I'm confident that if we had any problems, they would have been addressed immediately. I have rented many homes over the past few years and it was nice to not have an owner, "all up in our business"!! We got a lot of use out of the Kitchen, the hot tub and theater room, which was a GREAT place to watch tournament games (and a couple movies, on the night we didn't explore SLT!). The house was clean, equipped with plenty of cookware and eating utensils, towels, blankets - everything we needed for a great weekend. In short, we had a great experience and look forward to our next weekend in the Kent House! Keith

  This cabin is very good! It has 5 bedrooms with 3 bathroom, which can stay up to 14 people. We spent wonderful Christmas here. I strongly recommend it, and its price is very good. The location is great.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This beautiful home made our family vacation even more memorable! We were immediately impressed and felt right at home the minute we were greeted by Heather & Ryan. They gave us an informative tour through this super clean and spacious home. The accommodations made it easy for us to enjoy our trip and not have to worry about the details. We also took advantage of the awesome features by watching shows/movies in the home theater and relaxing in the hot tub. The location couldn't be any better! It's down the street from a major grocery store and a short drive to the local shops, restaurants, casinos and beach. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for recommendations and future vacation plans.

  My friends and I had a great time staying at this property back in June. Heather was very easy to work with and made sure to answer any question I had promptly. She really went the extra mile by purchasing a rice cooker in the kitchen upon our request. The house was amazing. Great location and away from the hustle and bustle on the California side. All my friends had a great time and would love to stay there again.

  This cabin made a great girl's getaway trip! Heather was very accommodating and easy to work with. When we arrived, everyone commented on how much more beautiful the house was in person than in the pictures! It's in a great location just minutes from the beach and with a grocery store just down the street. We had an amazing time and I look forward to planning another Tahoe vacation and using this home! Thank you, Heather!

  Heather and Ryan were most gracious. The house was perfect, and came with many kitchen items one would not find anywhere else. It was very close to Heavenly, and just up the street from a Safeway. The area was quiet and Peaceful.

  I wanted to say that we rented this place for my birthday and it was amazing. It had everything we ever needed a more. It was close to the casinos and lakes and snow resorts not to mention minutes from a SAFEWAY which is definately a plus when you need last minute ingrediants to make a meal. Very clean and the rental company are amazing and very occomadating. Would definately recomment this place to my friends and family.

  We had a large family gathering and the house was set up perfectly to allow everyone to have some privacy. Unfortunately there was no snow, so the movie theater, jacuzzi and the close proximity to other venues was perfect. Great location by the store, walking distance to Nevada Beach and even the casinos! Very well kept! Kitchen had everything we needed, fenced yard, many balconies and very comfortable beds. We will be back!

  We had an absolutely amazing time in this home! Amenities were endless, movie theatre was awesome, and the overall floorplan is great!!The location couldnt be better! I highly suggest if you are in need of a retreat, stay at this home! We will definately be back!!
