This 2,800 square foot Lake Tahoe vacation home is a dream come true. Surrounded by large pine trees and attached to United States National Forest Land, this home is the peaceful setting you were looking for. All new furnishing have been added to the house in 2007. There are expansive deck, including a private deck from 4 of the 5 bedrooms.
This home is located in the convenient Nevada South Tahoe community Round Hill, only 5 minutes from Casinos, Heavenly Ski Resort, restaurants, shopping and the beach.
The floor plan of this home is designed for entertaining. As you enter, at ground level (no stairs) you walk directly into the bright living room with a vaulted wood paneled ceiling. The living room is attached to the fully stocked kitchen, laundry and powder room. The family room is down one flight of stairs and is well-appointed with large leather sofas, perfect for kicking back and relaxing with the large screen TV. A large deck with private covered hot tub is located right off the family room.
The large master suite with a doorwall opening to a private deck has a peaceful view of the beautiful pines. The master bedroom has a California King size bed. The master bathroom has double vanity sinks and a large shower.
Also on the 2nd level are two additional bedrooms and one bath. The second bedroom has one queen bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds.
The fourth and fifth bedroom are on the 3rd level. The fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds and the fifth bedroom has one queen bed. These bedrooms share another bathroom. Last but not least on this level is a state of the art projection screen theatre room with stadium seating. The room is equipped to watch TV/Cable and play DVDs with a surround sound system that will blow you away!
There is parking for two cars in the garage and four cars in the driveway, six total parking spaces. Included with the home is high speed wireless internet and free local calling.
A property manager is located nearby for check-in and check-out and can assist if any problems arise with the home. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp. Late check-outs up to 5:00 PM are available; provided we have no check-ins on the day of your departure. Sorry, no smoking and no pets - strictly enforced.

Why the Owner Chose Other South Lake Tahoe Properties
We chose to buy a second home in Lake Tahoe because of the world class skiing, the beaches and the beautiful lake. We decided to purchase the home in Round Hill because of the great location and great reputation that the rustic Round Hill community has. We can walk to the beach, it's close to town (easy access to grocery store), its quick access to Heavenly and the casinos. It's large enough that we can take our entire family with us when we come too!
The Unique Benefits at this House
The home for our family is our retreat. Unfortunately, our retreats usually include our laptops too. Our home is equipped with WiFi so that you can remain connected on vacation. We furnished the home with renters in mind, so each room should have everything you would need. We use a very dependable management company in Lake Tahoe to be sure that everything is in place for each renter. The home sits adjacent to US Forest Service land. It is secluded and equipped with a large private hot tub, a 9 person stadium seating theatre room and two main gathering areas.

Dave and Liz Keblaitis purchased their dream vacation home in 2007 with the intent to spend as much time enjoying Lake Tahoe as possible. Liz grew up vacationing with her family in the Lake Tahoe area and has never found a more beautiful place to retreat to. Dave and Liz now live in Michigan and have two young boys. Both are avid skiers and hope to show their kids why Lake Tahoe is such a special place.
