This Lake Lanier glass and cedar beauty has it all.... 3 LIVING AREAS INDOORS +SCREENED PORCH AND DECK! Special features include soaring vaulted ceilings, skylight and lots windows for the view, a huge stone fireplace, a LARGE OPEN LOFT w/balcony for fun activities like fooseball, board games and television viewing, VCR, DVD. The SPACIOUS GREAT ROOM (adjacent to a fully equipped OPEN KITCHEN) was planned to facilitate group interaction, while the GARDEN LEVEL ROOM offers a second Cable TV, DVD & VCR.
The large deck and screened-in porch run the entire length of the house. A pass-through window from the kitchen to the porch not only allows the chef to communicate with those outside, but also streamlines pre/post meal chores when dining under the ceiling fan on the screened-in porch. If barbecuing is your thing, you can fire up the gas grill from the deck and watch the sunset across the lake.

The very gentle sloped path to the deep water dock/enclosed boathouse will accommodate almost any guest. The boathouse will accmmodate up to a 20' boat

In addition to only being 2 miles from GA Hwy. 400, The North Georgia Premium Outlet Mall is just 2 1/2 miles from your door.There is a new movie theater 1 1/2 miles away. For more fun & adventure, you are only 7 miles from the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains which provide even more options. There you will find waterfalls, festivals and hundreds of hiking trails to explore. If you like fishing, there is excellent trout fishing. (Call us for suggestions.) My daughter's favorite pastime is panning for gems. You can take an afternoon trip to several state parks, enjoy neat shops and restaurants in Dahlonega, or choose from various challenging golf courses.
