This beautiful cedar home was built in 2004 complete with 3 decks, trex dock and views of Rockford Bay. Relax inside or outside and enjoy all that Rockford Bay has to offer. The kitchen consists of new stainless appliances and is fully stocked with kitchen ware for your family meals. Upstairs enjoy the two guest bedrooms with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. Roomy Master bedroom located on the lower level with private bath. Just off the kitchen is a half bath with washer and dryer. The living room has a gas fireplace and the dinning room seats 6 with two bar stools in the kitchen. Both rooms face the water with views of Rockford Bay. Black Rock Marina is located just minutes away by boat or car. The marina offers a public boat launch and public parking, fuel dock, convenience store and Shooters bar and grill. No pets please.
