  We have been going to Montauk every year for ages and are so happy to have found this house. We can't say enough about it. Clean. Comfortable. Private. Great location. A perfect place for a family vacation. We were a family of various ages; from Grandmother to grandchildren, and all had a wonderful time. Quick run to Gosman's Dock. Few minute drive to Shadmoor Park for walking trails along the water. And an easy drive to the Lighthouse. We have already booked next Summer. We highly recommend this house.

  As repeat visitors to this perfect home, we are a family of 9 with 5 adults and 4 children. When we arrived, my 7 year old grandson said: "This house is Paradise!" When we left a week later my other 7 year old grandson said: "I don't want to go home, I want to stay here!" That about says it all. Once again my family and I enjoyed the comfort, accommodations and amenities of our "home away from home" that provided us with a great family vacation. We look forward to returning again at a later date.

  We were a family of 8 adults plus 5 young children. This house couldn't have been better! Spacious and a fabulous backyard. The bedrooms and other rooms were big, the house was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. There were many bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The pool, deck, yard and fire pit sitting area were just beyond our expectations. The house came with a bose ipod dock, pool floats, bath towels and sheets for our convenience. The front deck was really nice for hanging around too. The washer/dryer were top notch and conveniently located upstairs. We hardly needed to leave the house all week, we had everything we needed and more for a great vacation! The owner was very accommodating and easily reachable as well.

  06/27/2011 - I recently stayed in a spectacular house in Montauk New York and all I can say is WOW. This was more than just a place to stay while visiting Montauk…this place was a vacation of its own with all the amenities a traveler could need. The house was immaculate, with spacious rooms and super comfortable beds. One of the most incredible parts of the trip is the private swimming pool and enormous fire pit right outside the dinning room doors What an amazing home! If you are looking for a true beach vacation, look no further.. The home feels very secluded, but is really only a short drive to Montauk’s best food and shopping. A big book of local restaurant menus was left as well, which was very helpful. there is plenty of space for everyone and being so close to the beach is a huge plus! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a fabulous beach vacation. You will not be disappointed when you stay here. Lady Lucy Westchester, NY

  In June, my girlfriends and I stayed at this house. We had an amazing time. The house slept 12. We were so comfortable. The house was so clean with large living areas. We never felt cluttered. It had every luxury we could have needed. We swam in the pool during the day, went for amazing dinners in the evening then would come back to house and hang out around the fire pit. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. I am hoping to return before the end of the summer with my family.

  Our large group of friends had such a great Memorial Day weekend at your house! It was a great secluded location, with a phenomenal back yard! We were able to have a few friends to the house for dinner and to hang out by the pool and never felt crowded. This is the perfect getaway house for any size group. The master bedroom is gorgeous and I will miss the high ceilings!

  We stayed at this house in the off-season in April. Arturo was great and so helpful. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our group of ten. We especially loved the open kitchen next to the dining room table. It is a great space for cooking and dinner parties. Thank you for a great weekend!

  We had 2 full families stay in the house for a week early in August. The house is very well setup, comfortable, spacious and clean. The backyard is a private oasis. We will be returning in the future!

  This house provided us with the ability to have a wonderful vacation. The house was perfect for our family of 9 - 5 adults and 4 children, ages 3 - 8. The kids loved the pool and play areas, the adults loved the spacious rooms, cooking facilities, washer/dryer, fire pit and hammock. Grandma loved her own room and bath. We all loved the secluded setting, nearness to beaches, towns and activities. Your house provided comfort and utility. It was all it was advertised to be and more. We had such a fantastic time we hope to be able to come again.

  This rental house is one of the most beautiful houses we've ever rented. It doesn't feel like a rental property at all; it feels like your own home. Everything that was offered in the VRBO description is more than accurate; sometimes not even described as beautifully as it is in reality. All of us, friends and familiy, greatly enjoyed opporunities to cook together in the great kitchen, swim together in the pool, sit around the firepit together in the evenings and play games and watch TV in the many living rooms areas. I don't want to sound like a TV commercial, but this house is really great. For a house with a pool, you cannot beat the location which is central to everything. It is a stone's throw form Ditch Plains Beach, the regular town beach, the Lighthouse, Gossman's, Gurney's, the center of town, fabulous restaurants, ... and on and on.... We had a blast !!!
