Our place is the largest 3 bedroom in Shipyard (almost 2000 sq. ft), newly renovated and close to the water. We have discounted our rates up to 40%, making it the best combination of price and value on Hilton Head.

The first thing you'll notice when you walk into our home is the view of the lagoon and golf course, which makes you relax quickly. It has a real island feel. Downstairs there is a living area with TV across from the kitchen. On the other side of the first level is a second living area, perfect for adults who want to chat while the kids watch TV. Each living area has a convertible sofa which sleep a total of 4. Also downstairs is a half bath and washer/dryer. Upstairs there are two large master bedrooms (great for two families) and a third bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own full bath.

Also included is one hour of free tennis per day at Van Der Meer Tennis Club, one of the top rated clubs in the US.

  • We enjoyed our time in this spacious condo. The beach was a short walk away and perfect for young children. There is also a hotel nearby on the beach with chair/umbrella rentals and a beach bar. The tennis courts were fantastic too.

  • This property at Beachwalk, on Shipyard Plantation, was a delight to stay in for a week....wish that it could've been longer! A very tastefully decorated unit, and very spacious! It had everything anyone could want! A lovely view of the lagoon and golf course, and we got to see a HUGE alligator in the lagoon right behind our unit! Just a short bike ride or walk to the beach and pool. We would definately rent this condo again, and recommend it to anyone! Very nice for a large family, as the bedrooms are all large, and each has it's own bathroom...unit was aprox. 2000 sq. ft.!!

  • We really enjoyed staying at this unit of Beachwalk. It is just a short walk to the beach and it was a very clean and updated. This unit included all the luxuries of home with a great kitchen and the view of the pond from the deck was great. I would recommend this unit to anyone wishing to stay in Shipyard. It is the closest you can get to the beach without driving.
