Try your luck at fishing right from the deck or bulkhead or, after a refreshing swim in the Canal, enjoy a warm outdoor shower before you return to the house.
The deck is set up with propane BBQ for outdoor cooking, lounge chairs, and plenty of seating. Enjoy the sunrise from the private deck off the master bedroom. All year fun and enjoyment is available at Sunshine Point, whether you're in the sun, watching bird and marine wildlife, or just sitting by the cozy two-story fireplace with your favorite book.
