Grapes & Roses is a vacation rental that is available year round. The setting is a completely private apartment above a garage with its own private entrance.
There are two bedrooms furnished with high end linens, one bath, and a sitting room. Also provided are a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with coffee.
Downstairs hear falling water from the water fountain in the Tuscan courtyard. Guests have use of patio table and BBQ set in the vineyard with a spectacular views of huge rose garden, mountains, and vineyard. There are dozens of nearby wineries.
