  Simple ,charming, clean, with a pool which we hung in every evening after a day on the beach surfing and relaxing. really great deal and Tamarindo rocks! great value for the money......

  We had a wonderful stay for one week at Suenos 2. Very clean with everything you'd need for a week or more stay. It's a short walk to the beach, and the pool, right at our doorstep was perfect for a morning and evening dip. Tamarindo is perfect for Surfing, it has beautiful beaches, lots of nature and the town has fabulous restaurants and a vibrant nightlife.. We plan on returning and staying here again on our next trip!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

  This was our our second stay in this complex. We enjoyed the cozy and friendly atmosphere. It is close to the gym and many restaurants.. Our unit was clean,quiet , comfortable and the pool and grounds were well maintained. The owners were nearbyand quick to address any concerns. They also provided us with many extras for our guests. Tamarindo is a vibrant yet relaxed town:surfing,awesome beach,nite life and nature. Everything is within walking distance or hop on the local buses to the next town. We,ll be back!!

  Advertisement is falsely advertising this property as "brand new". As soon as you walk through the door, you will realize this unit is very far from fitting that description. I reserved this condo for my parents and we were extremely disappointed upon arrival. At this price, we were not expecting luxury accomodations, but we had hoped for at least some of the basics. Prospective renters should know that there is no table and no hot water. The only thing that looks "brand new" is the exterior of the property. Location isn't great either, but we would have been willing to overlook that if we hadn't been lied to. We are not picky people - we have rented several private vacation properties throughout the world and this is the first time we've felt compelled to leave a negative review. This property has zero personality. If you're a group of young guys who just need a place to crash, then you won't have a problem. If, however, you want to feel comfortable in a place that actually seems like it has been taken care of, then GO ELSEWHERE.
