We are located in beautiful South Kihei, on the island's South Shore. There are individual Lanais for viewing the Garden, West Maui Mountains and a Peek-a-Boo Ocean view. The Maui Banyan is a great Family Resort with nine acres of lush, tropical gardens. The property boasts access to the beautiful white sand Kamaole Beaches I, II, and III with life-guarded beach, playgrounds and expansive green parks. They offer snorkeling, surfing, boogie-boarding, and tide pools.
The Maui Banyan has close proximity to Wailea Resort, with world class golf and the Shops @ Wailea which has fine dining and shopping. Maui is known for it's excellent windsurfing and various water sports. Other activities include whale watching, exploring Haleakala, visiting the old whaling town of Lahaina, walking through tropical forests, and enjoying gorgeous Maui sunsets and tropical breezes.
Maui Banyan is one of the newest condo's in Kihei and boasts two swimming pools, two hot tubs, several BBQ'S, tennis courts, pool area dining, and lush tropical landscaping. This unit is in Bldg. Q and is a short 3 min. walk to the beach. For your convenience there is an elevator in this building and the property provides 24/7 security! Going out in your car is easy with our conveniently located COVERED GARAGE.
Our unit offers facilities to make you feel completely at home, providing cable TV, a DVD, stereo w/CD, and wireless internet. In the 2Bd/2Bath unit, there is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. In the Studio side there is a sm refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your use.
Many activities in close proximity, such as: surf park, surf school, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, roller-blading, skateboarding and bicycling. Many of these items can be rented nearby.

This condo has 3 OPTIONS FOR BOOKING: a 2B/2B with FULL KITCHEN/LAUNDRY, OR 1 B/1B with FULL KITCHEN/LAUNDRY OR HOTEL STYLE ROOM with sm refrigerator, micowave and coffee maker. Each has its own lanai. Call or email for additional information. The master-bedroom in the main section can be closed off from the living room with sliding glass pocket doors. There is AC in the Liv Rm and the 2nd Bedroom (also called the Hotel Style Room). The Master Bedroom has a ceiling fan and both bedrooms have floor fans.
This End Unit is located in the Q Bldg on the 2nd Floor and faces the West Maui Mtns and the ocean (great sunset viewing). A great location for easy access to the pool without any noise.
The maximum number of guests is 4 for the 2B/2B with additional fees charged for more than 4 guests. The maximum number for the Hotel Style Room is 2 guests.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Maui Banyon. This time we stayed in the unit with the kitchen and LOVED IT. Anne is amazing to work with, very detailed, and very good at keeping in communication. The unit is very nice, very clean and everything we needed to cook with, was in the unit (dishes and spices wise) we were shocked at all the things that were in there. Our family loved staying in Anne's place and next time we are in Maui, we will return for sure. You will enjoy the condo, the pool, hot tub, bbq's and the beach across the street, and eating dinner on the lanai. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at Anne's place, you won't be upset you did.

We stayed in the one bedroom one bath unit. The unit was clean, roomy and had everything that we needed. It felt like our home away from home. The location is amazing. We were walking distance to the beaches right across the street and there is plenty of places to eat and shop. The pool was almost outside our door and it was immaculate. Anne is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Her communication is excellent and we will be back and staying in her unit again in the future. Once again, thank you Anne for making our vacation a pleasure.

Everything was as promised, The room was clean and smoke free!!! My wife and I stayed here as an extension to a group vacation at a local resort. We stayed in the "hotel style room" condo and traveled the Island for a few days. There is a coffepot, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, lantern... Yep most everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, clean towels under the sink (we didn't find them until checkout). Sunsets at the beach were awesome, we saw many people using the pools and barbeques, we just didn't find the time to try them but they looked great. A great value for the quality of the units. Also has tennis courts, and a carwash area, safe and abundant parking included.

We recently stayed in the "hotel style" room. It was perfect for our needs. There is a mini fridge, micro wave, beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, a picnic set, utensils, a coffee maker, cups and everything that you will need for your vacation. Don't forget to use the lantern provided when you go up halekala to see the sunrise. It isn't a condo but truly a "hotel style room" and the owner does have bigger condos, but it was perfect for our stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner functioned great. It was the perfect get a way for this young couple. We didn't spend much time in our room during the day but when we were there it was very comfortable and a nice location to return to. It is in a very central location generally on the island and exactly 543 steps until you place your chair on the beach, so it is sheltered from noise. I highly recommend this to a couple who is looking for a good deal and is planing and conquering the island. We had initially looked at renting more expensive places nearby and were really glad we didn't. The amenities allow you heat food , grill it poolside, go out to dinner and save the left overs for a picnic, and most importantly make morning coffee. I found the owner a pleasure to work with and very much on top of things.
