Our home in Duncans Mills offers 4 bedrooms with queen beds (master suite, 2 small bedrooms, and separate cottage with queen + sofa bed) and 3 bathrooms (one in cottage) for the perfect family vacation. Amenities provided include: - Riverfront with water access on site - Toys for you to enjoy land and water (2 kayaks, 1 canoe, croquet, bikes) - 6-person hot tub surrounded by redwood "cathedral" - Gas grill and fully stocked kitchen for guests who love to cook and eat - Large deck and lawns with plenty of outdoor seating - Master suite with views and separate sitting area - Two smaller bedrooms with queen beds - Private guest cottage with queen bed, sofa bed, bath, wood burning stove, and desk - Additional Aerobed mattress and port-a-crib for your convenience (please, no more than 8 adults or 10 guests total!) - Fireplace and wood provided - Quite, safe street - Hiking preserve a short walk from house - On-Demand movies/unlimited long distance/high-speed wireless internet - Two TVs including DVD, VCR, CD players - Well-behaved dog welcome. Enjoy the small, friendly town of Duncans Mills, between Monte Rio and Jenner. Home and lawn are very sunny, yet also offer cool ocean breezes. The best location for river and ocean explorations in Guerneville, Occidental, Freestone, Bodega Bay, Fort Ross! Lots of good restaurants within 10 minutes. Or... stay at home and cook. Fully stocked kitchen includes many stockpots, saute pans, roasting pans, baking supplies, 2 coffee makers, coffee grinder, waffle iron, small cuisinart, blender, and toaster. Activities within 30 minutes include: biking, canoeing/kayaking, exploring art galleries and antique stores, hiking, history (the museum on the Russian River Railroad or Civil War days in summer), redwood grove at Armstrong Woods, rodeo (summers only), Spa (Osmosis is only 20 minutes away), swimming, whale watching, winetasting in the Dry Creek and Sonoma Valleys. $325/night (non-holiday, winter rate); $350/night (holidays, summer rate)
(rates INCLUDE 9% county tax) + $125 cleaning fee ($225 cleaning with pet).
$250 Security Deposit, refunded in 2 weeks when home in same condition as
upon arrival. To hold your dates, please pay 1/2 of rental by check.
Full refund if cancel 30 days prior to reserved arrival date.
$1500 weekly rate available for non-holiday dates Oct-May.
$2500 all-inclusive weekly rate during summer/holidays (INCL. cleaning & 9% tax)
