Stay in this beautifully decorated corner unit that is located directly on the beach. Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from the extra large window in the combined living room and dining room area. Step out onto the oversized balcony and sit at the table or relax in one of the chaise lounge chairs and enjoy the never ending breeze that comes with this 8th floor corner unit.
This unit is decorated with all of the comforts of home with a taste of the beach thrown in. The upscale furniture and stainless steel pots and pans make this unit unique. It sleeps 6 and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full size laundry room, and a bonus media room. Carpet covers the living room and bedrooms. The rest of the unit has tile floors. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all of the cooking utensils you will need to prepare any meal. Of course, you may skip the cooking and eat at one of the nearby restaurants since you will be on vacation!
The living room and bedrooms have high definition flat screen televisions hooked up to cable.There are 4 DVD players. A telephone is available for local calls only and WiFi is included.
You may enjoy the combined indoor/outdoor pool and the hot tub. The zero entry pool with spraying fountains will be a hit with the kids and well as with some adults. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center that faces the Gulf and a sauna available for your use. Of course, the beach is just a few steps away and you may rent a beach chair and umbrella or use your own. You'll want to walk on the beach and enjoy the Gulf breeze and feel the water on your toes. Don't forget your flashlight for walking on the beach at night and hunting sand crabs.
You'll find many activities to keep you entertained. Restaurants are within walking distance. Nearby you'll find miniature golf, the zoo, fishing, a golf course, movie theaters, shopping,an amusement park and many more things to make your vacation a memorable one.
We are easy to find since we are located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Turn left at the end of Hwy. 59, better known as the T. Go east on East Beach Boulevard 1/4 mile and you'll see Seawind on your right.

- Air Conditioning : There is also a dehumidifier. It helps keep the unit cool and smelling fresh at all times.
- Linens Provided : No beach towels are provided. Please bring your own.
- Elevator : There are two elevators. When you step off of the elevator, you can see the gulf and the beach directly in front of you.
- Washer : Full size GE washer. Please remember to bring your favorite detergent.
- Dryer : Full size GE dryer. There are also two shelves with drying racks above the washer and dryer.
- Covered Parking : There are 3 levels of parking available.

- Bunk Bed (2) : We have new twin beds. The top bunk has boards around it for the safety of the person sleeping on the top bunk.

- Shared Hot Tub : The hot tub is beside the indoor/outdoor pool and faces the beach.

- Cable/Satellite TV (4) : All televisions are high definition with flat screens. There is a 27" TV in the living room. The master and guest bedrooms have 19" screens and the media room has a 15" screen. All televisions have a DVD player hooked up to them.

- Shared Pool : The pool is a combined indoor/outdoor pool. The indoor pool is heated year round. A kiddie pool with spraying fountains is also available.
- Kitchen
- Full Kitchen : All appliances are GE and stainless steel.
- Cooking Utensils Provided : Plates, cups, bowls, saucers,pots, pans, Pyrex casserole dishes, Wilton baking dishes, mixing & storage bowls and much more are available for your use. We also have a mixer, blender and toaster. All you need to bring is your food and drinks, cooking spices, all paper products, and dishwashing liquid.
- Refrigerator : GE Stainless steel with side by side doors for easy access to water and ice.
- Dishwasher : GE Stainless steel. Remember to bring your Cascade.

- Charcoal BBQ Grill (5) : The grills are located beside the pool near the walkway to the beach. You must furnish your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
- Balcony : Rectangular table with 6 chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs. We have a direct view of the beach and the Gulf.

- Beachfront : Enjoy the beautiful view of the sandy white beach and the sound of the waves.
- Oceanfront : Watch the dolphins swim by as you drink your morning coffee.

- No Pets Allowed : We love our cat Lexie and our dog Aussie but our rules are strict and must be followed. You may board your pet at Foley or Gulf Shores or with your favorite animal lover.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Singles under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Smoking Not Allowed : Smoking is not allowed on the balcony or in the unit. No chewing tobacco products are allowed inside the condo.

My family had a great stay in this lovely condo. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and one child. My young grandson especially loved the bunk beds! The beach and kiddie pool were also fabulous, and the location is convenient to everything!
Owner response:I am glad your grandson enjoyed the new bunk bed. The matress is comfortable even for adults. My sister always wants to sleep in that room!

Wow!! We had a great time this week and really enjoyed your lovely condo. One of my friends was staying at the Phoenix and after seeing his condo, I had to show off yours! Can't wait til next year. Hope you will have us back.

We had beautiful weather while here and spent most of our time enjoying the beach. We have been to many other ocean/beach destinations and this is one of the best. Your condo is comfortable and has wonderful furnishings. We would love to come again. We enjoyed the wonderful balcony with comfortable furniture. What a view!
