The master bedroom contains a king-size bed and connects to a luxurious master bath and a huge walk in closet. The master bedroom also has a television for your added comfort. The living room contains a sofa and love seat and has a beautiful entertainment center, which includes a color television, DVD, VCR with plenty of movies and paperback books. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The kitchen and bathroom have upgraded appliances and white raised panel cabinets. There is tile in the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms and living room , and the bedrooms and den are carpeted.
This unit is in fantastic condition! It also has a washer and dryer in their own closed in laundry area for your added convenience. PELICAN SOUND GOLF AND TENNIS CLUB: Pelican Sound's golf facilities are simply magnificent! These facilities include a 27 hole championship golf course, aqua driving range and putting green. It has hosted several PGA Senior Tour qualifying events and has four sets of tee boxes to allow for challenging, yet fair play for all skill levels. The CHELSEA PREFERRED TEE-TIME RESERVATION SYSTEM ensures you will be able to get on the golf course during the busy winter season.
