There is also a futon in the office area just outside the sunroom. This allows comfortable sleeping accomodations for up to 10.
This really is a wonderful home on one of the best blocks on the northside of Asbury. A perfect retreat from the city in all seasons. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, clubs.
