Summer guests may enjoy an endless scope of activities, including horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, hunting, and ATVs. Two lakes are within a 10 minute drive (Jordanelle & Deer Creek) that allow for all kinds of water fun: water-skiing, jet-skiing, wakeboarding, fishing, and so forth. A 15 minute drive will get you to world-famous Park City Resort where you can access ziplines, the Alpine Slide & Coaster, downhill mountain biking, river adventures, helicopter tours, hot-air ballooning, the Olympic Park (ski jumps, luge, bobsleds), or simply for some very fine dining.

Winter guests can stay as busy as they choose. Cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, snowmobiling, and sledding are all very accessible. Within minutes you can be at a number of world-class ski resorts trying out the new skis or learning to snowboard. Park City, Deer Valley, the Canyons, and Sundance ski resorts are a short 15-20 minute drive. If you're in town, be sure to visit the entertaining Sundance Film Festival held each January where you never know which exciting celebrities you may run into.

If you're simply looking to relax, you may as well relax in style. Get cozy with a book next to the fireplace or relax out on the deck while enjoying the mountain-fresh air and views. Wireless internet is available throughout the home or check out a movie on cable television or in our movie selection. Take on a challenger at ping pong, fooseball, or the pool table.
