The Vail Valley boasts over 300 days of sunshine annually which provides a great destination spring, summer, autumn or winter. The Vail-Eagle County Airport is just a 30 minute drive or fly into Denver International Airport which is located two hours east. Either way you can take advantage of numerous ground transportation services and rental car options.
The condominium is closest to the resort of Beaver Creek and ten miles west of Vail. The Town Center of Avon provides access to ski Bachelor Gulch Village, Arrowhead and Beaver Creek Village. If you choose to ski at Vail, you have the option to ride the Eco Bus directly to town or drive and park in one of two public parking structures.
The Town of Avon is a commercial and recreation hub for the valley and exudes a hometown atmosphere. You’ll experience tantalizing culinary and spa services and the natural beauty of the area will awe and inspire you. There are plenty of events and activities year round - live music and theatre, the rodeo, fireworks over the lake, snowshoe shuffles, mountain biking, kayaking challenges and the list goes on and on.
The Great Room features a large flat panel screen television, surround sound speakers, dvd/cd player, oversized sofa with chaise, overstuffed leather chair and ottoman, fireplace, and dining room table. The sofa is comfortable enough to sleep on! There is plenty of natural light from the north, east and the skylights. Views extend to Vail’s game Creek Bowl!
The kitchen is fully equipped - all utensils and cookware provided. Refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, toaster oven and electric stove. There is also a breakfast bar.
The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed. The Master bathroom features a shower with sunken tub and Jacuzzi. The back deck looks to the east and basks in sunshine most of the day.
The Front Bedroom has a queen size bed and a sliding door to the front deck. The bathroom is just outside of the bedroom door.
The Back Bedroom features two twin beds, attached bathroom and a deck.
Ascend the spiral staircase to the gigantic loft which features two twin beds and attached bathroom. Plenty of room to add sleeping bags!
The condominium has cable and internet service available.
A two car garage is available and there is plenty of parking within the complex.
Please note, there are no pets allowed. The building is a four story walk up.
