This is a breathtaking condo located in the premier resort community of Ventana Canyon in Tucson. It is one of 8 condos in the entire community with unobstructed views of the 16th fairway and green of the Loews Ventana Canyon Golf Course. This condo was masterfully renovated in April of 2007 and has all the upgrades including: a fireplace, stainless steel appliances, tile in the kitchen, bathroom, foyer, and on the patio. Furthermore; it is fully furnished and comes with all small appliances, kitchen utensils, cookware, towels, and toiletries. All guests will receive a gift basket which includes essentials such as coffee and snacks!
Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening margarita on the balcony while looking onto the golf course and down onto the protected creek bed below you. If the views from the balcony aren't enough to satisfy you, then feel free to hike the many trails that are within 1 mile of the this gem's front door. One of the motto's at the greens is "hike from here to over 9,000 feet above sea level". Once you are done, you can walk across the street and enjoy dining or cocktails at restaurants such as Piazza Gavi, La Traverna, Ventana Room, and Risky Business or you can dance on Friday and Saturday evenings at Loew's Ventana Canyon Resort. If you need the relaxation of a spa spend the afternoon at the Gadabout, or Touch of Tranquility which are 2 day spas located with in a 5 minute walk of the of the front door.
If you like being active or just relaxing, this condo is perfect for your vacation needs! The 3 pools and spas also have breathtaking views and if you want to work out please feel free to do so while watching one of TV in the Recreation Center. This condo is within 10 minutes of three of the top rated golf courses in Arizona, The Arizona National, Ventana Canyon's Mountain and Canyon Courses, and La Paloma's 36 hole masterpiece. The Shops at La Encantada are only a 10 minute drive thru the foothills away and if you want to ski during the winter months, the 9500 foot Mt. Lemmon Ski Valley is only 40 minutes from your front door. You can even borrow my skis but be sure to catch the sunset from Windy Point on your way down!
