La Casita Bonita is a two bedroom home located in historic downtown Napa. The charming, 1600 sq. foot home was built in 1927, and is a Spanish-style bungalow with lots of windows and beautiful light. The home is centrally located and private. It is walking distance to many renown local restaurants and wine-tasting venues, OXBOW, COPIA and the Napa Valley Opera House. Other amenities include a large, private garden at the rear of the house, a business center, a 42" plasma tv with surround sounds, and built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms for clothing storage.
The home is decorated with tasteful, modern style. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. There are three options for dining or entertaining - a large table seating 10 in the dining room, a cozy table for four in the kitchen, and a teak table with umbrella on the back deck that can accommodate 8. Enjoy fresh eggs from your neighbors Sunny and Lucilla our friendly hens, by reaching in the little door of the chicken coop located in the back of the garden.
