This was our first time renting the house but we will definitely be back. Very charming and well set up for guests. We had a bottle of wine waiting on arrival. Very fun to have fresh eggs each morning from the chicken coup. There were ripe lemons on the lemon tree. The property manager, Marsha, was very responsive to our need. We enjoyed the wine tasting at Vintner's Collective. Nice selection of wines from smaller wineries. thanks for a great vacation!

This home was well kept, spacious (especially the Master Bedroom) for 4 adults and an overall excellent value! We would definitely return and I've already recommended this home to several friends and family.

Stayed at La Casita and had the best time. It truly is within walking distance to downtown Napa. The house had everything one would need as far as cooking and especially enjoyed the fresh eggs, figs, basil, fresh lemons, and fresh Rosemary. Had wonderful evenings on the porch with wine purchased at Chateau Montelena-the Chardonnay was wonderful! Would highly recommend La Casita and would definitely stay there on a return visit!!!!!

Great weather. Wineries terrific. Vintner's Collective was the best tasting. Andy is a GEM!! We loved getting eggs & lemon, but wanted to pick a fresh orange but couldn't reach it. House is beautiful. We truly could live here. The backyard provided a lot of privacy. Plan to come back in the future.

Fabulous house - all the facilities you'd need and more. Lots of space for 2 couples staying for a week of wine tasting and good food. Great recommendations for local eating (many within walking distance) - Angele is fantastic. Doug very helpful with all queries. Take up the Vintners Collective tasting offer - the best quality tasting we had all week. We also made it to French Laundry (birthday treat) - worth every penny.

We LOVED La Casita Bonita - it was absolutely charming, very clean, walkable to downtown Napa, and yes there really are fresh eggs every day! The kitchen was well equipped - actually the whole house was. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends. Be sure to take advantage of the wine tasting w/Doug at Vintner Collection. Doug is very knowledgeable of the area and of wine. We had the most fun wine tasting with him at Vintner's than at the wineries! You will not be disappointed with La Casita. You will want to stay longer!

Thanks for a wonderful weekend in such a beautiful cottage. It made for the perfect"girls weekend". The highlight was finding one egg the morning of our departure. We spent a few days at La Casita Bonita last week, with my dad visiting from the east coast. Garrett, your home is charming and well cared for, and we thank you for sharing it with others. We loved the artwork, furnishings, and especially loved your pet chickens. Our recommendations are minor: leave guests with a few extra bath towels, and add some martini glasses to the amazing glassware selection. :-) We're members of your Vintner's Collective and introduced my dad to Napa wine-tasting via a terrific private tasting with Neil (one of the few people we've ever met who are familiar with the wineries of FairPlay!). We left with some amazing bottles (Parallel, CJ Cab, JC Cellars Syrah, Vinoce Cab Franc blend--wow!-- among others). The weather was unseasonably warm for most of our visit. We definitely look forward to a return stay at La Casita Bonita.

We stayed in La Casita Bonita during Jan 4-8, 2007. What a wonderful home! It was absolutely adorable and had such charm. It was convenient to dining locations and shops in downtown Napa and the wine train. We were able to visit several wineries nearby. The home met all of our needs and more. We loved coming home after a full day of wine tasting and to just be able to relax in front of the TV or in front of a warm fire. The owner, Garrett, was wonderful and very pleasant and ensured our stay was perfect. Garret, was always a phone call away when we had questions or concerns. We look forward in staying here again in the near future.

Hello: We stayed at La Casita Bonita for two weeks at the end of September through the first week of October 2007. This charming, tastefully decorated house offered us OK living in a leisure style and pleasant spirit. Truly, a home away from home. The location is great: short walking distance to downtown Napa and an easy access to the highway. Kim and Garret Murphy are marvelous hosts who will help you to have a wonderful time in Napa. La Casita Bonita is a place that has independence and privacy, and can be easily shared with children or friends. All of us enjoyed it tremendously. We are planning to return!
