My family has stayed at this ocean-front townhome several times. Our last vacation was for a week last summer and we are anxiously awaiting our return this upcoming summer. I am a stickler for cleanliness and I have always been satisfied (if you knew me.....that's saying something). What I like best is the proximity to the beach. We have three young children and it is so convenient to be on the beach, yet just steps from your townhouse. We time our beach excursion as the tide is falling and stay all-day. We run up to the townhouse for lunch and then return for more beach fun. The expansive lawn area (overlooking the beach) is great for flying kites, chasing butterflies and doing cartwheels. I've stayed in condo's before where the pictures posted looked nothing like the actual home. Not so here...the beautiful pictures are accurate for this property! This home is beautifully appointed with furniture, bedding and appliances that are above and beyond what you would expect. The living room has a great flat-screen TV with incredible surround sound. After a day on the beach, we love to cozy up and watch a family movie. The townhouse is located near enough to our favorite two restaurants (Crabdaddy's & Crab Trap) that we can walk or ride our bikes. The private courtyard allows you to keep bikes safe and out of site. The kitchen & bathrooms are all updated and beautiful. We have stayed in many condos & homes over the years and this one is our favorite!

My family and I spent a long weekend during Christmas and had a wonderful time. I have been coming to SSI for at least 35 years and this one of the best condos I have stayed in. The photos do not do this place justice. The tile floors give you the feeling of being open and clean. The furnishings and detail of this condo makes one feel that no one has stayed here before. The views of the ocean are unbelievable. This property is located close to everything-the village,restuarants, fishing and crabing. Or you can do nothing except just sit and relax. I would love to stay here again!!!

This condo was the perfect size for my family's vacation (5 adults and a 2 year old). It was very comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated, and VERY clean!! The beautiful view of the ocean and the sound of the waves lapping on the shore was a wonderful way to start the day. The beach is very close to the condo in proximity. Not too far to carry coolers and chairs out to the beach, but also close enough to just run back in the condo to fix drinks and snacks. Absolutely perfect when your 2 year old needs a nap! I must recommend Mullet Bay Restaurant for their excellent seafood. Bicycling seems to be a favorite pasttime and the pier is close by for fishing, but you may just want to sit out on your balcony and watch the ships go by! The condo's owner was so easy to contact and very helpful to answer any questions and/or concerns I had. We enjoyed our stay at St. Simon's Island and would not hesitate to reserve this place again.
