Our spacious condo is located within a secure gated community with access to a 27 hole championship golf course, lighted tennis courts, dining in either one of two clubhouses, the use of several pools and a fully equipped fitness center.
Our home provides you with the vacation luxury suited for everyday living. The open living/dining area provides ample room for everything from watching TV, using a computer or entertaining friends. The master bedroom/bath suite contains a queen bed, cable TV, and two large closets. The tiled bath has a walk in glass enclosed shower and a double sink vanity. The second bedroom provides two twin beds for overnight guests. Laundry can be done in a jiffy using the closeted washer and dryer in the unit.
The large kitchen is stocked with everything one requires to fix breakfast or a gourmet dinner. Includes all small appliances (toaster, blender, coffee maker), place settings for 8, pots and pans, silverware and linens. Everyday meals become a pleasure when served in the screened-in lanai just off the kitchen.
The condo area pool is only steps away through the lanai. Or if you prefer, spend the day kayaking or canoeing down the Estero River, enjoying a round of golf with friends and family, walking the many nature trails, a game of tennis, or simply enjoying the Florida sunshine.
