If you have stayed inside Gulf Highlands then you already know, and are returning because of your previous experience, but if you are new to this resort then get ready for a vacation for your whole family at a much lower cost than a high-rise inside a family oriented complex. If alone or have a whole group of people enjoy the comfort of pulling right up to the front door of the town house and within 5 steps being inside.
Once inside you will find a full size kitchen that is fully stocked with all cooking utensils and of course for the gas grill out on the patio. The entire unit has been updated to give you that 'Beachy Feel' while you stay here. Each bedroom has its own full size private bathroom, with a 1/2 bath also downstairs. Walk out the front door and access whole number 4 on the putt-putt or out the back door and enjoy one of the '11 POOLS' Gulf Highlands has to offer. Walk to the beach and enjoy the clubhouse and large pool located directly on the beach that is also gated and secured.
So, bring the family, stock up on some groceries and fill the cabinets, you can cook here a snack or a full 5 course meal so you don't have to eat out all the time, unlike staying in a high-rise, and save a bundle. Also, don't worry about having to do the laundry after you return home, we have a washer and dryer located inside our town home for your convenience. While you are there take a stroll over to edgewater shops and enjoy many attractions such as Montego Bay seafood house, Rockit lanes: bowling,arcade,skating rink, Cinema 10 theatres, and many other restaurants, retail shops, and entertainment or take the Pier Park Trolley over to the New 'Pier Park' and enjoy over 100 new stores and restaurants. Remember, this is a 2 story town house, NO ELEVATORS. COME AND ENJOY THE 'NEW PANAMA CITY BEACH' and stay with us in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. Very nice property located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Very clean and spacious townhouse. Owner Is very nice and strives to make your stay more pleasant! My family and I (dogs included) stayed in this unit for a week and it felt like home. We had everything we needed in the condo and it was very clean. We loved the short walk to the beach and the convienent location to everything else. It was nice to be able to take our dogs with us too as they are our family too. We have already asked about booking for next year and can't wait to return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our stay was so comfortable. The condo was very roomy for our family of four. We loved having a private bath in each bedroom, full size appliances and the laundry room on the second level just outside the bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals when we wanted to eat in. The beach and pools were just a short walk away too. The location of the condo is super convenient to any of the places you need to go in Panama City. The resort is extremely well maintained and is a quiet environment for your family. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to coming back again. We can't say enough about this awesome condo!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

My wife and I spent 5 months here last winter and enjoyed our stay very much. It's well appointed and very comfortable. The beds are superior and all the appliances are A-1. Gulf Highlands Resort is a stone throw from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The description of the unit by the owners is accurate and the condo is very clean and spacious. The owners are very accommodating and will strive to make your stay all that it's meant to be. We have no qualms recommending this condo to anyone who wants a short or longer stay vacation. ENJOY!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
