This NON-Smoking Unit features a Huge kitchen with eat-in snack bar, separate dining area looking out over the Blue River. Master suite has Queen Water Bed with 32' flat screen TV w/DVD and bathroom featuring a double sink vanity and private toilet/shower area. Second bedroom has Queen Sized bed and 3rd bedroom has Double bed bunk with Play Station video gaming system and Jack & Jill full bath between them. Unit accomodates 4 adults with 3 - 4 kids, really well. All bathrooms have built in blow driers, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion to lessen the amount you have to bring.

Year Purchased: 2001
About the owner: We have owned our 2nd home in Breckenridge for 12 years and have loved every minute of it. During winter we, us and our 16 year old son, spend almost every weekend skiing, snowboarding snowshoeing, hiking, sledding, ice skating, skate skiing, together as a family and typically are joined by another family for a great party. It is so nice to walk to the mountain and be able to stop home for lunch and a break and be close enough to walk back to finish off the afternoon. The snow this year is forecasted to be great and the events on the mountain, like ski and snowboard cross, The Dew Tour Ski & ride competition and The Mountain Dew challenge are fun not to be missed. The town events are equally as enticing with Snow Sculpture weekend (a favorite for all), light of the Town Christmas tree and Santa Clause in a real sleigh (snow permitting), Ulr Fest, Oktobre Fest, the Duck Race, Ski Swap, Wine Tasting, Jazz Fest... to name a few.
