Welcome to The Albrecht House...Great place for you to drop your bags while you enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of Mexico Beach and to launch your boat and enjoy the Gulf of Mexico waters.
Before you begin your day have your morning coffee overlooking the canal and end your day with your favorite beverage at the same peaceful place.
The entry level of this home is a complete efficiency apartment; including queen bed, kitchen, bath and convertible couch. The second floor has a well-equipped kitchen, Great Room that includes queen sleeper sofa, dining area and half bath. Two bedrooms (king and full), and bath are located on the top floor.
EACH FLOOR HAS ACCESS TO AN OUT DOOR DECK AND STAIRS LEADING TO THE FENCED IN YARD.
Want to go to the pristine white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Mexico Beach? Don't fret: it is just a block away. Perhaps fishing is what you like, we can take care of that too - with PLENTY OF PARKING FOR YOUR BOAT, TRAILER OR EVEN YOUR RV. Restaurants, unique 'beach' shops, and the Mexico Beach Pier are all within walking distance from the house. Enjoy fishing off the pier or watching the beautiful sunsets.
This great vacation place that you can call 'home' will accommodate up to 10 or it can be very comfortable for two, if you are looking for a SNOWBIRD RETREAT.
