Year Purchased: 2007
My husband and I have lived in this area for 33 years and love it. We chose northern New Hampshire for the skiing and hiking. Both of our boys grew up here and they are in this photo of all of us on a recent hike in Peru. We bought this building about 15 years ago for Charlie's medical office and the property came with the apartment upstairs. I recently painted and refurbished it, and put new plumbing in the bathroom. In the photo I'm the female and Charlie is on the right.
