This unit is on the 9th floor of the "BEL-AIRE" ON THE BEACH" which is a luxury oceanfront condominium built in 2005. YOU CAN ENJOY VIEWS OF THE OCEAN AND THE CITY FROM THE PRIVACY OF YOUR OWN BALCONY .

It is located near the high-end shops of Bal Harbour and Lincoln Road Mall. Only minutes from the vibrant night life of South Beach and the business community of Downtown Miami as well as the Port of Miami, Carnival Center of the Performing Arts Center, and Parrot Jungle Island.

Our unit will truly be a "home away from home". It is fully furnished with a 42" plasma tv in the living room and a 37" plasma tv in the bedroom, interior washer and dryer and is decorated in modern motif. The rental fee includes electricity, internet , wi-fi , cable and water. We are a gated community with 24 hour security on the premises. Amenities include a fully equiped air-conditioned gym, pool, hot tub, BEACH , gameroom and conference room. Stay a month or a year.
