Steve, just a quick note before we leave your beautiful condo. We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The view out the windows is fantastic,both day and especially at night when you see the lights on the mountains. The best part is the direct sunlight is over by 9 a.m. so you can have your patio door, windows and drapes open all day long, and also enjoy sitting on the lanai. What with the trade winds blowing, we never even needed the air conditioning. What a joy after staying on the ocean view side last year at the Banyan, and just sweltering! Mahalo!

This condo was exactly as advertised. The description and pictures were up to day and accurate. The view of the mountains was spectacular. We were originally hoping for a beach view but after seeing our mountain view from this condo we ended up happier with our decision to rent this condo. We were pleasantly surprised as there was not just a pool but a hot tub as well as a sauna. We were there for Christmas and enjoyed our Christmas dinner by the pool, plenty of tables, barbeques, tennis courts, a snack bar and a small putting green. All our questions were answered in advance to arriving, so our arrival was seamless. No problems what so ever. The convenience of a parking stall for our rental was also a plus. The condo was clean well equipped and had everything our family required or needed. The location was the best, it is central to Waikaki beach, the International market, the zoo and a variety of great restaurants. The helpful staff at the Banyan assisted us with the bus system and any tours we wanted to enjoy. We had friends staying in tower I at the same time and it was our opinon that our condo was more updated. I would definitley recommend this condo to friends and family and we would and are definitley planning on enjoying it again sometime in the near future.

The condo was clean and well furnished and the view, especially at night was spectacular. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping area and the bus line is closeby (used it to go to the Alamoana Shopping Center. The parking pass included in the rental fee was a real bonus since we needed to drive to visit relatives living a distance away. Would stay here again.

we were so glad we found this oasis in busy waikiki, close to everything but tucked a little way away from the busiest bits so you could wind down and have a quiet drink on the lanai. it was exactly as pictured and described, probably felt even a bit bigger than expected. had everything you need and more. highly recommend it! thanks stephen.

First time in Hawaii and first time renting a Condo, the experience was seamless. There were no surprises, Condo was very clean and all updated. Very close to beach and all amenities. Would recommend to anyone and would definetly use again.

The room was wonderful! Beautiful, with nice updates throughout. Great price! Great location! Good view of golf course. Clean, fully furnished with every appliance/utencile you would ever need. Parking pass is a great addition, class act all the way! Will definatly stay again!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the condo and everything that was shown and advertised on the site was there - no surprises. The unit was quiet and easy to get to from the airport (used the airporter for $10 but took about 45 minutes to get to the unit - going back was faster - about 30 minutes). There was a nice pool / hot tub / barbeque on one of the floors that was well laid out and lots of room. The beach and bus system was within easy walking distance. Would we rent this unit again - you bet!

Hi Stephen, My family and I had a great stay at your condo. After a long 15hrs travelling time, we arrived at a nice and clean condo that make us feel like home. We really loved the location and the stunning view of the mountain (especially at night) . It is comfortable and close to everything plus a free parking space. 1 block and you are at the beach and within 1-2 min walk and you are on the the street where all the bus pass by. The condo is a very nicely decorated, clean and updated. The listing photos accurately reflect the rental’s appearance and amenities. The laundry room is a few steps from the unit which is a great plus too. We would certainly recommend it to our friends should they visit Hawaii and we will certainly stay again when we visit. Convenient location, awesome view.recommends this property Stayed 11 days it is conveniently located, close to the beach, the kitchen was great, adequately supplied and the bathroom was perfect and there were plenty of towels. Furnishings were comfortable Would defintely stay again.

Everything was exactly as on the photos. The rooms were very clean and pleasant. Kitchen and bathroom have all the necessary things. The hotel is two blocks from Waikiki beach (4 minutes slow walk with children). Stephen, we are very grateful to you for your concern for the comfort of our family. We spent a week in the condo and it was a fantastic as it looks on line, very modern and clean and we had a wonderful time there. The condo is a short walk to the beach, we has spent a week in a beach fron hotel the year before and this condo was every bit as good. Even though it did not have beach views, the views of the night lights and mountains were stunning. Thanks you for making our stay a memorable one and we will be back again!!
