This 3000 square foot luxurious Breckenridge home was newly built and furnished in 2007. The house is located less than 5 miles from town and skiing with outstanding mountain views. Comfortable and elegant, it comes fully equipped with top of the line furnishings and amenities and sleeps up to 12 people.
Bedroom configuration:
Upper level- Huge master bedroom with king bed, desk, private deck, and large master bath;
Main level- Two bedrooms with queen beds, one with an additional pull-out twin bed, and one full bathroom;
Ground level- Bunk room and play area sleeps five with two sets of bunk beds and a twin trundle. Great for kids. One full bathroom.
All beds have down comforters, 100% cotton high quality linens, and brand new top of the line mattresses. A Pack-n-Play crib is also available.
All three full bathrooms have granite counters and custom finishes. Master bath has a large 2 person jetted tub and double sinks.
Large, bright, comfortable great room with modern furnishings, gas fireplace, and beautiful mountain views; 48" plasma TV and surround sound stereo and DVD system. Bring your IPOD...stereo has an IPOD docking station.
Additional plasma TV and DVD system in playroom/bunk-room; third TV in master bedroom; wireless internet throughout house.
Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters; fully stocked with all new utensils, dishes, glassware, cooking tools, pots and pans, and small appliances; island counter seats 3; beautiful dining area with table that seats 10 and mountain views.
Large deck with 8 person hot tub and gorgeous views of 14,000 foot Mt. Quandry. Hot tub is professionally cleaned and maintained weekly. Large dining table on deck; gas BBQ grill; access to deck through glass doors in great room and dining area.

Why the Owner Chose Blue River
This location is great - it's very close to town, yet has a definite "getaway" feel. Directly behind the property is over 1,000,000 acres of National Forest land. We like being on the South side of Breckenridge because there is very little traffic to and from town because I-70 feeds from the North side of town.

Because the house is so well furnished and maintained, it truly feels like an escape to a luxury resort yet has all the amenities of home. We know you will enjoy.

Our Breckenridge house is owned by two families who love the outdoors and especially skiing! We use the house quite a bit and therefore keep it in great shape and only rent it out on an occassional basis. The property manager and builder is a long time friend of our families and lives right next door so we always have everything well maintained and kept at the highest standards.
