This beautiful house sits on a level lot and it is less than 15 steps from the spacious back deck to the water's edge. This rental has everything you could want for your fishing or water skiing get away. With sleeping for up to 10, it could easily accommodate two families. With 3 bedrooms and three and a half baths there is enough space for everybody.
The boat dock is equipped with three electric lifts. One lift is for a boat and the other two lifts will work perfectly with your personal watercraft. J.R.s marina is less than one mile away for launching boat.
The home has a full service kitchen with all the appliances you would expect from home. The kitchen opens to the great room which includes the perfect wood burning fireplace. One bedroom is downstairs and has a king-size bed with a private bath. The two upstairs bedrooms each have a private bath. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a king-size bed while the other has two sets of bunk beds and a full size bed. linens are completely furnished.

Very homey and spacious! Plenty of room for everyone to have individual quarters for full privacy. Great for a large family especially with teenagers and children. The owner was very prompt to answer any and all questions. The convenience of walking a few steps to the water's edge to swim, fish, or leave in your personal watercraft was a plus. We plan on visiting here again in the future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family enjoyed a great time at this location on Lake Weiss. Accomodations were excellent for a family ages 11 thru 85. We had plenty of space inside and out. Everything we needed was provided. We plan to visit here again next year. Owner very prompt in handling questions and concerns.

great place, nice house sleeps 10 to12 easily . as long a syou don't mind sharing a room. lots of bathrooms nice boat house. nobody to bother you we really enjoyed the house and grills thank you so much. great price would recommend to everyone. great for older folks also peacefull and quite.

My son and his family from Atlanta drove the 73 miles here, while we drove 107 from Birmingham and stayed four nights during Memorial Day. The house is a perfect lake retreat, clean, comfortable and on a level lot close to water -- great for old folks. Fishing was good and we had a wonderful time in this wonderful house.
