Our wonderful home is ideally located in the center of Black Butte Ranch. The new 7.2 million dollar Glaze Meadow Recreation Center, complete with indoor lap pool, outdoor pool, toddler pool, fitness center, spa, sports shop, espresso bar, snack bar, bike rental, bouldering wall, and children's playground is just a short walk or bike ride away. The home sits at the end of the street with plenty of parking and lots of privacy. Enjoy feeding the ducks at Aspen Lake, also just a few minutes walk from the back door!
The main floor of the home features a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and open great room with a large rock fireplace and a farm style dining room table. Out the back door is a large deck with comfortable chairs and gas grill. Upstairs features one bedroom with king bed, one bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds) and a bathroom.
This home is kid friendly! Pack-n-Play in upstairs bedroom for infants and lots of games provided. Extensive video library includes many family friendly movies the kids can enjoy in the bunk room or in the family room. Home also has cable modem available.

We are a family of 4 with two young children so our life can be pretty hectic. We enjoy spending time at Black Butte just relaxing and enjoying everything the ranch has to offer from swimming to bike riding to tennis.
Why the Owner Chose Black Butte Ranch
My family went to Black Butte Ranch every summer and I have so many wonderful memories of my time there. We decided to purchase a home so that we could give our daughters the opportunity to develop their own special memories of this wonderful place.
The Unique Benefits of this House
In the summer months, we love to hike the Butte with a picnic lunch and enjoy the beautiful view from the top. Early morning walks to the Glaze Meadow Rec. Center to get a latte and paper are also a wonderful way to start the day.
In the fall and winter, we love building a big fire each night and then reading books with our kids before bed.

We've stayed at this home a number of times over the years and each time we have an absolutely wonderful time. The house is cozy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay at BBR. The location is an easy walk or bike ride to Glaze Meadow for a swim and Aspen Lake is just around the corner. I love getting up early and walking to Big Meadow, a great way to start the day! Reading on the deck is heavenly and kids of all ages will love the selection of games, puzzles and movies.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family has been renting this house for years and we always have a fantastic time. It's a great location and very close to Glaze Meadow pool - an easy walk or bike ride. We also love being near Aspen Lake and visiting the fish and ducks everyday. The house is very comfortable - the kids love the bunk bed room! It is fully appointed and has everything you need, from some of your favorite movies to a fully stocked kitchen.
