Short introduction
The P.C. Hooft Apartment is a beautiful loft apartment located in Amsterdam’s most exclusive shopping street in the heart of the city, within 1-2 minutes walk to major attractions such as the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Vondelpark and Leidseplein!
Location
The apartment is in the middle of the famously chic P.C. Hooft shopping street ("the Rodeo Drive of Amsterdam") with the word’s biggest brands like Armani, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Chopard, Mont Blanc, Tod’s, Cartier and much, much more! Tram lines: 2 and 5, stop: Hobbemastraat.
The apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floor of a newly-renovated 18th century monument house with the Roberto Botticelli shop under it. The Leidseplein area is around the corner and here you will find great restaurants, pub’s, cinemas, theatres and the famous (official) Holland Casino.
Living room / Lounge / open kitchen
The attic living room is highly elegant with its fresh color, sloping walls and the original Dutch beams work well with the huge windows and tasteful designer furnishings. The lounge provides all the comfort you require, such as a beautiful 42 inch plasma TV, DVD, CD player with 5 surrounding speakers, free Wi-Fi high speed internet connection, a very comfortable sleeper sofa and a large dining table. In the open kitchen you feel like Jamie Oliver! It is fully equipped with the best quality kitchen ware. The air-condition and big fans will keep you cool on warm days. The roof garden is spacious with wooden garden furniture, flowers, plants and has great views on the Rijksmuseum and pretty city gardens.
Bedrooms
The Master bedroom on the 3rd floor is beautifully decorated and contains a king-size bed (180cmx200cm), side tables, bed lamps, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage space. The Second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cmx200cm). Also very nice decorated with side table, lamps and cabinets.
The private bathroom has a luxury bath with shower, 2 basins and for your comfort a royal set of towels. The separate toilet is beside the bathroom.
