This 3550 square foot, brick home is the perfect spot for your Lake Lanier vacation. Located on a huge quiet cove, this waterfront property has tremendous views of "big water" and an enormous double slip dock 50 by 32 feet on the lake's desirable south side in Cumming, Georgia.
Large enough to sleep up to 14 people comfortably, the floor plan includes five bedrooms and three and half bathrooms. This house was remodeled last year and has a large fully equipped kitchen and beautiful large master bedroom with a 37 inch LCD HD TV. It also has two large family rooms with 37 inch and 46 inch HD TV with plenty of seating and wonderful windows that look out over a back deck and out to a wonderful view of the lake. You won't find a more elegant setting on the lake.
The home is tastefully decorated and is fully furnished with linens. The spacious kitchen has new granite tops and the large living area is open to the porch overlooking the water.
There is a gentle sloping path leading to your huge 32 by 50 foot private dock. The house is only 5 mins from a public boat ramp.
