There is also a rollaway cot to make this unit comfortable for up to 5 people.
Walk out the door and you are on the beach! It is, in fact, your backyard. The pool is gated and private and directly on the Gulf. There is also a fitness room, community book and video lending library, sauna, community party room and kitchen. Underground parking is included.

Cynthia and Brian Keenan are the owners of this unit. We live in Tampa, Florida and have 2 children.
Why the Owner Chose Lido Key
This location is ideal. We live in Tampa and use this unit ourselves during the summer. We unpack once, and we never want to leave! Mornings are spent on either a long walk on the beach or a kayak tour leaving from across the street on Sarasota Bay. Afternoons are usually spent lounging on the beach. We spend our evenings either grilling out at home and watching the sunset from our pool area or beach... or... we walk to St. Armands Circle and eat at one of the great restaurants located there. Then we get up and do it all again the next day. Life is very good!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We love the fact that this unit is right on the beach. We have a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the strategic use of mirrors in our unit, it seems as if the water is all around us. The view from the kitchen is spectacular. We also like that when we go to the beach, it is right outside our door. No hauling things from across the street or down the block.
