This light filled architecturally designed home with vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace was recently furnished by an interior designer and is situated on a quiet cul de sac next to the Wintergreen Resort and Black Rock Market.
The Wintergeen community's top-notch facilities include: 20 slopes and trails and over one thousand feet of vertical drop for your skiing pleasure, 45 holes of golf on two outstanding golf courses, Rodes Farm pool, Lake Monocan which features a sand beach and picnic facility with equipment such as paddle boats and kayaks available, 19 manicured clay courts in the two planned communities as well as three new Deco Turf indoor courts, 40 miles of hiking trails maintained by the Wintergreen Nature Foundation, paved bike trails as well as 116 miles of ridable terrain for those mountain bikers with a full service Cannondale bike center on the mountain, a performing arts center, horseback riding at the Rodes Farm Stables at Stoney Creek and a full service conference center. Our beautiful mountain retreat boasts three floors, each with its own sitting area. The main floor consists of a large master with a king size bed and a full bath, kitchen with eat in counter seating, dining table seating 10, living area with vaulted ceilings and stone fireplace. Half bath near the entry with indoor and outdoor closets available. The second floor features a second master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath and a loft sitting area including cable TV and a pull out futon. The lower level features two large bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with two twins and a double. The den and wet bar are situated in an open area between the two rooms and features cable TV and a pullout futon as well. There are 5 TV's total each with their own DVD players. Wireless internet is also available. This home is perfect for one or two families! ENJOY!
