This light filled architecturally designed home with vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace was recently furnished and is situated on a quiet cul de sac next to the Wintergreen Resort and Black Rock Market.
The Wintergeen community's top-notch facilities include: 20 slopes and trails and over one thousand feet of vertical drop for your skiing pleasure, an outdoor ice-skating rink, 45 holes of golf on two outstanding golf courses, Rodes Farm pool, Lake Monocan which features a sand beach and picnic facility with equipment such as paddle boats and kayaks available, 19 manicured clay courts in the two planned communities as well as three new Deco Turf indoor courts, 40 miles of hiking trails maintained by the Wintergreen Nature Foundation, paved bike trails as well as 116 miles of ridable terrain for those mountain bikers with a full service Cannondale bike center on the mountain, a performing arts center, horseback riding at the Rodes Farm Stables at Stoney Creek and a full service conference center. All of this compliments the Wintergreen Spa which features an indoor pool, hot tubs, aerobics, weight lifting and fitness area inclding daily yoga classes, steam, sauna, massage, cosmetology, hair and nail salon and other programs to assist with your personal pampering. PLEASE NOTE: The rental of our home is complete with the use of our membership in the WPI (Wintergreen Partners, Inc) which extends a variety of privileges to all guests who stay in our house. This exclusive benefit provides access to facilities (such as the Wintergreen Aquatics and Fitness Center) where non members or those renting homes that do not have WPI privileges are not allowed even if they are willing to pay a fee. We do not charge extra for the use of the pass, but request that you guard it carefully, do not loan it to friends and return it before departing for home.
* Renters of our property have access, after paying a fee, to the Wintergreen Aquatics and Fitness Center (indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, etc.). This facility is open only to WPI Members, their guests, (i.e. renters) and Resort Guests all day, every day.
* Renters of homes that do not have WPI rights are not allowed to use this facility.
* 20% discount on lift tickets, snowsports equipment rentals, and tubing.
*15% discount on golf green fees, tennis court fees, aquatics/fitness center access fee, "Out of Bounds" recreation center, "Tree House" activities, and Lake Monocan Rentals.
* Free access to Wintergreen outdoor pools (Blackrock, Chestnut Springs, Rodes Farm, and Stoney Creek) and to Lake Monocan Park (open only to members and guests on Saturdays).
In addition, our beautiful mountain retreat boasts three floors, each with its own sitting area. The main floor consists of a large master with a king size bed and a full bath, kitchen with eat in counter seating, dining table seating 10, living area with vaulted ceilings and stone fireplace. Half bath near the entry with indoor and outdoor closets available. The second floor features a second master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath and a loft sitting area including cable TV and a pull out futon. The lower level features two large bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with two twins and a double. The den and wet bar are situated in an open area between the two rooms and features cable TV and a pullout futon as well. There are 5 TV's total each with their own DVD players. Wireless internet is also available. This home is perfect for one or two families! ENJOY!
