Walk a few feet from your car & you find yourself on this 3rd floor, one story, breezy retreat with cathedral ceilings and beautiful views of the golf course and the northeastern coastline. You can walk to the Golf Clubhouse nearby, where you can also have lunch or dinner at the best reviewed restaurant in the resort. The villa includes nice extras to enhance your stay: beach, sports and outings equipment, a wet bar on the balcony, soothing water fountain by the living and dinning rooms, double doors to balcony from the master bedroom, cable/tv/dvd in family room & bedrooms, wireless internet...
The setup is suitable for a family, for two couples, and even for two small families. Both bedrooms are very large. This property can also be rented as a ONE BEDROOM for a reduced fee. A golf cart may be available, depending on the dates. Renting a car is definitely recommended if you stay anywhere at Rio Mar. There are also community & hotel shuttles.
